The location was just beside our Auckland office so didn't really have to rush in going to the office the next day. I also loved the experience of having a machine (robot) delivered the food that I ordered for dinner (room service). Thank you to the friendly staff.

Seconding the opinions of many others, a brilliant place to stay with but two warts: 1. the beds are too soft. 2. the Muzak in the lobby is way too loud. Two tips : 1. Ask for a room on the highest floor possible so the ugly building across the way doesn’t spoil your harbor view. 2. Dine at the hotel restaurant Beast & Butterflies because the food is quite wonderful.

Great new hotel right on the harbor. The food was very tasty and the pastry chef needs a gold star. Everything we ordered was delicious. Rooms are average size with coffee makers, plenty of storage space and the MOST comfortable beds. I had an accessible room with a fold down shower bench. Nice flowing water and plenty of hot water and room to move around. The harbor facing rooms, though, are noisy. I appreciated the ramps to the elevators and the dining room. Very positive stay with young, happy, energetic staff.

Nice modern hotel, clean modern rooms, great breakfast, staff super friendly and helpful. Nice location with lots a short walk away. Although no cutlery in room to stir coffee, tea or hot chocolate, but minor issue. Dinners available in restaurant. Bar, with all the drinks and coffee’s along with a charcuterie board, and various light foods.

Friendly & young vibrant staff. The hotel vibe is very youthful. The room view is also fantastic, a panoramic harbour wiew make us unforgettable to Auckland. We highly recommend our family and friends for booking this hotel if they visit in Auckland.
