We stayed in a Pacific Club Suite for 2 nights. The room was clean, but small in comparison to other suites we have previously stayed in. We went in expecting the same standard of service we are used to when staying at a Pan Pacific branded hotel. We were very disappointed. The b

This is a well located vibrant hotel. I used a special Groupon voucher which included late checkout, breakfast and a bottle of wine and was a really good deal. I was very impressed with the staff, service, amenities, room and location. Walk down the hill and you are right at Swa

What floor are your Pacific Club rooms on and do they have a river view please?
Floor 5,6,7,8. Some have river views. You can book one for an extra charge. However the river is only just a few meters down the hill.

I've got a booking on the 25th and was just wondering what time the check in is and also do they have later checkout ?
Phone the hotel. I traveled from the south west of WA and the check in time was adjusted to suit my needs to just after 1pm. Check out time would probably be later at your request in advance. I cloaked my luggage until after the seminar. I wasn’t charged for the extra fees for valet parking over the day of the seminar. Staff were very friendly and accommodating that way.

I have booked a Club Room deal (including free parking) for 7 nights. I have read that there are Premier Rooms which have been refurbished and they have expansive river views. I have requested a high floor with city or river views. Will I be allocated one of these refurbished rooms? Are The Club Rooms on high floors? Also, is The Club Breakfast a hot breakfast selection or Continental only. With a Club room booking, do we have the option of having the buffet breakfast in the restaurant? Thank you for any answers to help work out what to do.
Hi I booked and stayed in a club room these a separate rooms with own elevator access on floor 7 and 8 not high but high enough for best view rooms not Premier much better. We ate breakfast every day in the main restaurant more hot options buffet style with club you can choose and with 7 nights nice to chop and change.

any deposit required upon check-in? thanks
Hi Niya Most if not all hotels in Australia and the western world will take a credit card pre-authorisation at registration. This has become a requirement imposed by the banks to arrest the increase in credit card fraud which I'm sure you understand. The pre-authorisation value is held against your card balance but not actually charged. That value if not spent is released by our bank when you check-out. Hope that helps. What sort of food and beverages are available at the Pacific Club lounge? Do they have hot canapes in the evening as well as the usual cold meats / cheeses? What's the alcohol selection like? Also, are there any other Club benefits besides the lounge? Any information about this hotel or comparisons to other Perth hotels with club lounges would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
Hi! I really can’t help you because I never stopped at the lounge except the first day at the lounge ... I ate in the room and I must say it was good food. Good buffet at the restaurant tough... Enjoy Perth ... it’s a really nice city.
