Stayed here with my partner, we were charged over $1000 for a tv we never touched, couldn’t even tell you the brand or were the remote was, we literally slept in the bed got up and went out all day the two days we stayed, when we checked out and arrived home we had a text message informing us we’d broken the TV aerial, this was unbelievable as like I said we were out all weekend attending an event, we tried to resolve the issue and explain however they proceeded to take $1000 from our account, on asking for a receipt for the TV that was purchased we were presented with a receipt for a TV that had been purchased 2 days prior to our arrival, if this doesn’t scream scam I don’t know what does! After fighting it for weeks and weeks we ended up just giving up on it and accepting we’d been scammed out of hard earned money. Please avoid this place at all costs, the manager is rude, abrupt and clearly likes the odd scam to boost his bank balance.…
Stayed for three nights, well equipped apartment, very neat & clean with excellent views of Melbourne. Close to public transport. Staff were extremely polite & helpful. Would thoroughly recommend Orange Stay. Hope to return in the future.
An exceptional experience, a great docklands location and very nice functional appartments. Great views of the river and city create a wonderful atmosphere. Everything you need is in the apartment. A great experience.
This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I booked an apartment for 21 days which cost me nearly $3,000 which I was initially happy to pay. However, one week before my stay I called the property asking basic questions about my booking and I was verbally abused. When I asked for a refund because I wasn’t comfortable staying there for three weeks after the way I was spoken to, the rude gentleman who goes by the name “Zeus” arrogantly informed me that I had already paid for the stay through booking.com and a refund was “not possible”. Normal people treat guests with respect and are happy to answer questions because they have nothing to hide. Very dodgy company with a lack of transparency. I immediately notified my bank who refunded the money and have lodged a dispute on my behalf. I have also filed a legal claim with VCAT. Save yourself the headache and find a better apartment.…
We stayed for two nights. Loved the modern apartment but it didn’t have a ceiling fan in the main bedroom? The internet wasn’t working but Ben cam e up and sorted it out straight away. He was very helpful as we were trying to find the place when we arrived. Lovely views from 14th floor but the windows needed a good clean. Also it good do with some heavy curtains in the bedrooms too
