Its a great location and the staff are very helpful. Room clean and well serviced e.g. 6 English breakfast tea bags instead of the one or two you usually get at other similar facilities - I mean how much does a tea bag cost! It helps create a positive vibe that Quest are generous with their customers. One small thing I would suggest at this particulatr location is the provision of a rubber shower mat to sit in the bottom of the bath for showering. The bath base was very slippery and I wouldn't want Quest to find themsleles in trouble if someone slipped and broke an arm or leg. These mats are pretty cheap to purchase.

From the moment we arrived our 5 day stay at Quest was a delight. Friendly staff, fabulous apartment with stunning views and everything we could wish for. We held a family get together one afternoon and staff could not have been more helpful in assisting and directing our visitors to our 13th floor apartment. Thoroughly recommend!

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
This facility was fabulous. The units were big and brute with lots of windows. I stayed there for a month and really had no complaints. The staff were very helpful and were able to answer any questions that I had. The Central Market was only one block away which was great to be able to purchase fruits, vegetables and meat as needed. The tram was within walking distance which was mostly free, free in the city and only $2.00 to take you to the beach. If I were to go back to Adelaide I would definitely stay again.Highly recommend.

Quest on Franklin is in a good location, practically walking distance to all of Adelaides central attractions. Only a short walk to the Central Markets that offers a huge range of options for food or fresh produce.
The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. Our suite had 2 balcony spaces offering 180 degree views of Adelaide. The room itself is equipped with a washing machine dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave and small cooktop.
Reception staff are welcoming and pleasant.
The apartments themselves do not offer on site parking, however parking can be organised across the road for additional cost. There is also a bay directly out the front for checking in and loading/unloading your luggage.
Overall I would recommend to anyone considering the convenience of serviced apartment accomodation and would return.

Quest on Franklin was the perfect home base for my recent holiday in Adelaide. The room was fully equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with luxuries toiletries provided, big screen tv perfect for watching movies in bed, and a private balcony looking over the city. It was conveniently located close to the central Adelaide Market, as well as neighbouring China town. Also nearby are public transport options including trams, coach buses, and the two free city loop buses. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, and happy to assist wherever possible. The only thing that was a little awkward was the parking arrangements - the parking garage is across the road and accessible from an elevator at the far end of the building (which happens to be joined to the coach bus terminal). When checking in, just keep in mind that you can only park out the front of the building for 15 minutes (or 2 hours paid parking) whilst you check in and unload, and then have to park your car in the garage opposite. Parking rates are not advertised on their website, but as of the 1 of March 2025, the cost was $30 per day.

This time in Adelaide we decided to stay in the city, quest apartment hotels are our preferred accommodation, so chose the quest on Franklin for its location. Hotel is great, staff are great and very helpful when we had to extend our stay. Rooms are great overall close to perfect, our only issue is with the offsite parking, located at the Adelaide bus terminal, across the road, fine during the day, but later at night, seems to be frequented by some of the shadier citizens of Adelaide. We didn’t feel comfortable walking back to the hotel at night. That is only our personal feeling, don’t let it deter you as otherwise the hotel is perfect!

Dear SteveG530, Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay with us in Quest on Franklin. I apologise for our car parking facility being of inconvenience during your visit with us. I understand the car park across the road may seem inconvenient being located across from us, however the loading zone at the front of the property can be utilised for loading and unloading luggage to assist with ease of check in and check out. The car parking at the back of our building is close on the weekend. Therefore, we chose the UPark across the street for our guest car park. Please note that this is a shared parking space with the bus terminal; however there are other car parks surrounding our property that our guests are welcome to use, they are available at the public car parking rates, our affiliation with UPark is a flat daily fee with multiple entries/exits. My apologies again for any inconveniences caused during your stay and we hope to see you again in the near future. Kind Regards, Coral Hui Front Office Supervisor

I first had a studio room which I discovered had a interconnecting door through which every small movement of the person next door could be heard. I knew this would make sleeping a chore. When requesting a change of room it was revealed that all studios have a connecting door. I decided to upgrade to a very expensive one room apartment which looked good but was completely unbearable to stay in. The bedroom had no window or ventilation. To cool it down I had to open the door which still did not cool it down enough and the door to the balcony which would have provided some relief, allowed all the noises of the city to enter: fire engine sirens, partying on the street below and traffic from the main street the hotel is on. I didn't sleep as a result. A review requested by the hotel ended in ignoring the serious issue of lack of ventilation and concentrated on city noises which due to the location, could not be controlled. This is a design matter that has been poorly thought out- all appearances but no comfortable application.

Dear tidurnyenyak, Thank you for your review, we appreciate your feedback however I am saddened to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. It is our priority to ensure all of our guests enjoy a comfortable and effortless stay, so this certainly isn't how we wanted your experience to be. We apologise that you were not satisfied on arrival with the studio apartment that you booked on Agoda, however I can see our staff were able to assist with organising a new room for you on the day which is fabulous. Being a last minute request our highest available room was on level 10, we are fortunate to typically have not many noise issues being so high up however I do apologise for any outside noise that affected your stay. Unfortunately our bedrooms do not have opening windows, however all bedrooms do have A/C plus a balcony in the main living area for fresh air. I also apologise that we didn’t address any other issues you had during your night with us, unfortunately we were not made aware of your concerns until now as the only information provided during your stay and after departure was that there was an issue with lighting. Our sincere apologise again for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. Thank you again for taking this time to provide your review, we appreciate your feedback as this allows us to continue improving our guest experience. Kind Regards, Quest on Franklin

Our apartment suite was spacious and well appointed. A very good bathroom and bed made our stay comfortable and the oven and cooktop meant we could easily self cater. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback was car parking which was in a public car park across the street and a bit of a trek from the apartments.

Dear bdy18q, Thank you for providing feedback about your stay at Quest on Franklin. I’m thrilled that you liked our apartment, especially the balcony and the lovely sea views! I will be sure to pass on your wonderful comments to the team. Unfortunately, being a CBD location our parking is not in-house and is sourced locally from an adjacent U-Park. Our passes offer 24 hour access and unlimited use to assist our guests with saving money on other public car parking in the city, We look forward to welcoming you back to Quest Apartment Hotels soon. Stayed here for three nights in mid December in a one bedroom apartment.
The apartment was fairly large and had a good view over the CBD skyline. The lounge room was furnished with a 2 1/2 seater lounge, a separate single lounge chair, a desk with a desk lamp and a chair and a small round dining table with three dining chairs. There was also two returns one of which had the flat screen TV on top of it and the other one the music/entertainment system.
The kitchenette opened out onto the lounge room and was equipped with an oven, a separate cook top, a dishwasher, full size fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine with pods and a useful range of pots, pans, crockery and dining utensils.
The bedroom was a reasonable size and had a queen sized bed (comfortable) with bedside tables with lamps on either side of the bed. There was also a large built in wardrobe with draws, shelves, hanging space, a safe, an ironing board and an iron.
The bathroom was not overly large but adequate with the shower (pressure fine) being in the bath. There was also a washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom.
There was a balcony with a small round table and two chairs.
The apartment was very clean. WIFI was free and worked very well.
Staff on reception were friendly and helpful, particularly with storing our bags.
The Hotel was less than a five minute walk to Adelaide Central Markets and Victoria Square and a 20 minute easy walk to the Adelaide Oval.
There were also plenty of good restaurants and cafes nearby.
Would definitely stay here again.

Hi, there is no room service meals cooked on the premises. There are breakfast packs available but you are in the middle of Adelaide CBD and there are plenty of good food outlets.
Close by there is a cafe two entrances down (50m) and in the opposite direction there is a really nice bar/restaurant called Publishers.
Other recommendations a bit further away is Peel St which is a great place to wander down, lots of food variety and nice little bars. Hope this helps
Hotel has spaces in car-park behind the hotel. There is a side entrance right near the car-park for entrance to hotel and they allocate a swipe card for the car-park entrance which operates the roller door and foyer door for when you need to retrieve your car. If no spaces their there is a car-park above the bus station across the road and yet another car-park around the corner from that.
There are more places to choose from in the Adelaide area.
