With a great location across the river from the Adelaide oval and next to train station, this hotel has all the amenities one expects from an Intercontinental. The bedding, most comfortable I have experienced in quite a while. The soft water and strong water pressure had me

The service was good, breakfast was great and the room was spacious. However, it was very old and dated. The walls in the corridors and room carpet were very old and had stains. The windows were very dirty from the outside. Overall it was an average stay but wouldn't stay there

We chose The Intercontinental as before it was really good however not this time. On arrival they tried to charge us an extra $5 for valet parking but we thought we had got that sorted. We were then asked by the concierge if we wanted to pay for an upgrade to a King room River

We stayed here the first two nights on our honeymoon. Our room was spacious and very clean. The staff kindly treated us to a bottle of wine which we thought was very thoughtful. The morning breakfast buffet has several options, including hot and cold food. You can also order

Hi Steven, thank you for your queries. We offer a twin or king bed configuration. The king beds are allocated as one per room. If you're seeking further accommodation we would suggest an interconnecting room to allow for additional people. Our views also overlook either the city side or the river side of the building. Hope this assists!
