We arrived late and received a text on how to access our room key from inside the foyer - easy to follow instructions to get to our room. Was great to have free underground parking for the rental car. The living room was spatious, a/c in living room & fans in living room and bedrooms to keep us cool! Didn’t end up using the kitchen, but was still great to have an oven, full fridge and dishwasher if we needed it. Quite the luxury to have Foxtel in the living room TV also. One morning we asked for our TV in the main room to be looked at when we couldn’t get it to work, and when we returned that afternoon, the TV has been replaced with a working one. David was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Large apartment not enough room for 6 though. 3 adults was a cosy fit. Both bedrooms are very hot and you have to leave window completely open and ceiling fan on high to be able to sleep. Aircon in lounge but doesn’t push through apartment and needs a good clean. Kitchen well stocked but more toilet paper and washing powder is needed. Only got 2 rolls for 3 people for 8 days. Beds very hard

The location of these apartments is excellent. Check in details were easy but unfortunately the cleanliness and state of the units is not up to standard. I can handle dated but not broken windows and urine stained mattress protecters. Surely the cleaners must notice this. Salt and Pepper in the kitchen would of been nice. Please note don't lose a room key they will try and charge $132. No where in any contract was this disclosed. Extremely excessive!!
Luckily we found it and sent it back.
Three stars given as it is beachfront and besides the few negatives it is good value for money spent. Apartments are spacious with an ensuite for main bedroom.

Stayed here over New Years 2019, paid a lot of money and was expecting something 10x better than what we got. The room was out dated with odd misplaced furniture, beds rock hard, weird car pictures on walls throughout the apartment that kept falling down one fell onto a friend while he was sleeping! Bathroom sink was fully blocked and would not drain.

The pictures I saw online of the place were very misleading 10/10 would not stay again.

All I have to say is Nope, never again.
I can not even fathom how dissatisfied I was with this place. I have stayed in many hotels and apartments all have been extremely accommodating and pleasant. Now I am not one to complain because I know first hand what dealing with disgruntled customers can be like. Firstly I’d like to say if you are going to advertise your accommodations on other forms of booking sites maybe communicate clearly what the terms are so that, that site can advise the customer. We booked through Expedia back in Feb this year, we booked a two bedroom OCEAN VIEW apartment. The pictures looked amazing and wow loan be hold book now, pay at the property. Amazing for a young couple trying to save for a holiday. Mind you I booked this trip for my 30th birthday and I did request if possible a good view, didn’t care what floor but a decent view. About 2 weeks prior to the trip I get a notification that the payment for the entire booking tried to be deducted. I call back and explain and I get oh sorry no it is in OUR T&Cs that it’s to be made a month prior. That’s fine except I booked through Expedia? So again communication is key. Anyway I paid even though I shouldn’t have, should have read the red flag 🚩. I spoke to the lady on the phone and expressed again that it was a special occasion and if possible could we get a decent room. “Yep no worries, I’ll put that request in”. My sister and her partner booked the same accommodation through the same site and checked in 2 days before us and to their excitement wow an amazing view. So you can imagine how I was feeling, so excited to have an incredible view. Well that’s when it all goes to crap!! On the day of check in I called first thing to see if we could get in early as it was a Monday and not really a busy weekend. David the front desk person said 1pm, ok great 1 hour before normal that’s fine. Around 10am I get a call to say you can come check in within the hour, perfect we finished breakfast and headed down. We get there just before 11 and I get the look of I told you within the next hour, yes I know David it’s 10:45 so I’m in the hour. Anyway we get up to the room and my heart broke, the view I was so excited for didn’t even exist. The pictures I booked from were not my reality. To say I balled my eyes out is an understatement. About 30 minutes later I get myself together and head down to reception. When speaking with David about how disappointed I was, and how I made two seperate requests and not one had been heard, I was fobbed off and told sorry we have nothing left. So the beautiful Seaview I paid for was nothing more than a partial restricted view. The sorry for the inconvenience written at the top of the exiting note was just the cherry on top.

We stayed at Seacrest in January for 5 days.

The unit is spacious and comfortable and a good location. Close enough to Surfers Paradise Central but far enough away to be out of the kaos.

The staff at the front desk are very helpful, you can get transport tickets, theme park tickets etc there at the unit complex.

The Pool is large and heated just enough to make it comfortable, while the indoor pool is heated for when it’s a bit cooler.

We used the half tennis court and table tennis facilities as well.

We will stay there again.

I agree with the review from GNP - be very careful with these guys. i had to cancel within the free period (we were well within the timeframe : zero cost - nothing no fees nothing) and these guys have charged is about $30 and not refunded. they were not good to deal with and booking.com equally unhelpful . Really not happy with these guys as this has cost us for absolutely no reason. We will never come and stay here.

Myself, daughter and Grandchildren stayed 9 days at the Seacrest. Our stay started with the fridge and air-conditioning not working to there full capacity, we arrived on the Saturday, and they didn't replace the fridge until the Monday and gave us a portable air-conditioner to cool a two bedroom apartment down in 30 degree heat. Oh did I mention my daughter's youngest is 6months old! It stated that the room was sound proof, which it wasn't and we had to put up with renovations in the apartment above the room my 6 month old grandson slept in! The whole apartment was filthy, I had to wash everything we used. We had one tea towel, one hand towel, no face washers. There were pubic hairs on the floor. There was so much more I could write a book, but I'm sure you get my point.
Please think twice about staying, and don't let the photos on the site fool you, our apartment was nothing like the photos unfortunately.
I have posted photos of the filth, oh and when they replaced the fridge, I was told that they were waiting for guests to leave so they could take the fridge from that room and you guessed it, they didn't even clean it for us. Grr
PS, Zoom in on the photos and you will see how dirty everything was.

Cheers

Perfect location with views to die for, beautifully appointed apartment which accommodated us 4 adults comfortably. Full size kitchen with abundance of cookware and appliances for our long stay. The lovely heated indoor swimming pool is Devine after a long day out and the jacuzzi is just heaven, there is also a sauna and an outdoor pool, half size tennis court and bbq area. David was very friendly and attentive to detail, he made our stay very comfortable and also booked our tickets for all the theme parks. Just a short stroll down to Cavill Avenue for shops, cafes restaurants and amusements for the kids and big kids! We can highly recommend the restaurant across the road from Seacrest called Rhapsody, they do an amazing breakfast and lunch and great coffee. Sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the waves is just so relaxing and like us, you may be lucky enough to even spot a whale. Our check in and out was super easy and our car was safely onsite with access as we pleased. We all agreed that we will come back and stay again real soon, thank you David and Michelle for being wonderful hosts and making our stay comfortable.

This a copy of the message sent to reception on checking in. Note the nightly rate paid by us was $160 per night. We were not offered the option to be moved to better accommodation so for the next 6 nights here we are, rust, carpet stains and all.

“Hi further to my conversation to David I would like to draw your attention to the poor state of the apartment. For $150 per night i would expect better. We run a tourist park and would be ashamed to put guests in such run down accomodation. Every room needs repainting, cupboard doors do not shut, furniture is rusty, and that is just a cursory look as we haven’t even spent the night to see what else may or may not work. The property is clean, but it will be very hard to leave any positive feedback.”

Avoid 2b and look before you pay.

Hi, yes all the necessities are provided first up. We even had a fishing rod in ours. Also for a small fee you can hire boogy boards & beach towels. The kitchen was well equipped. It was great not having to worry about the small things. Tanya
