Any negatives? Nothing springs to mind that bothered us, if I was being really picky then I would have liked a mirror in the bedroom.

One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the brunch—delicious, generous, and perfectly complemented by refreshing cocktails. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic or something a little more indulgent, there’s something for everyone.
I also had the pleasure of trying the new dinner menu, and I have to say, it’s outstanding! Huge thanks to the chef for crafting such an incredible experience. My personal favorites? The baked goat cheese to start—rich, creamy, and full of flavor. For the main course, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and to finish, the chocolate cake was simply divine!
I can’t wait to return! Thank you very much!!
Reception and managerial staff were patient, kind and professional in assisting us with our stay. The double room we had was a reasonable good size with 2 queen beds.
The restaurant and bar facilities were very good with just a good number of menu items available for dining as well as room service.
The buffet breakfast provided a reasonably good variety of food choices.
Housekeeping staff were kind and courteous and always happy to assist with extra items as required.
Guest laundry facilities located on floors 5 and 9 were great especially for our extended stay and not expensive.
Security was good with a key card required to use the lift to access all floors.
We did find out the is a free bus that loops round the hotel area, central station and cbd... but om the last day of our stay... oops! Advertisement for this from the hotel would be good. It was still a short walk up a very steep hill from the closest bus stop.
The rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom was on the smaller side but again was very nice. There was a fridge, kettle, hairdryer, iron and good quality tea/coffee/hot chocolate, milk in the fridge and always restocked. A cot was provided for our baby which was decent. The seating area in the room was nice but a shame it didn't face the TV. The balcony was nice but there was no furniture so nowhere to sit, strange.
There is a rooftop pool and gym. The gym is ok, the equipment could do with being updated it was quite old. The pool was on the small side, but nice and there were a few nice sun loungers.
Our main issue with the pool was that you had to catch the loft to floor 11, but then take a couple of flights of stairs to get to the rooftop area. No access for disabled people that we could see... and awkward with our stroller having to carry it up the stairs so our baby could rest!
The bar was nice, we had some nice drinks and food at happy hour. There was someone performing live music on a Friday and Saturday.
There is a self serve laundry which we used. Front desk gave us some free wash powder. It was reasonable too.
I don't think we'll stay again due to the hill location, but that's a personal preference and not an issue if you have a car. Otherwise a good hotel for business or leisure trips to Brisbane.
Rooms were clean and we had the buffet breakfast the next morning which was good, nothing flash but served its purpose.
Close to Roma street station and there’s a lovely park across the road which the kids enjoyed the next day.
Will definitely stay again

Room was a good size, nicely furnished and the bed very comfortable. Lovely view over park to river.
Shared two entrees and a glass of wine in the restaurant as we were walking to Botanic Gardens. Food was excellent and portion sizes perfect.
Breakfast was a pleasant relaxed affair.
Will definitely stay in the future.
