A very convenient location and surrounded by cafes. Our room was clean and comfortable. Peter and Edith, our hosts, were warm and friendly but they didn’t intrude. Bathroom a good size and water pressure great. We will be back.

Excellent place for couples to stay. The breakfast provided is delicious, with homemade granola and muesli, and cooked bacon and eggs alongside pastries and jams. The owners are very friendly and respect privacy. The location is peaceful and close to a bottle shop and some cafes and restaurants.

Traveled from the USA to visit with family and Number 12 was our first stay of a 3 week trip. Peter and Eva were wonderful hosts and even took time out of their day to recognize my birthday! They communicated via email regarding our reservation to ensure all our ?'s were answered. The B&B was beautiful, well maintained, breakfast was delicious with homemade granola and hot entrees, peaceful, and close to several eateries and things to do. Not far from the river where you can catch the ferry and visit restaurants, movies, shopping, etc. A must stay if in Brisbane! Thank you Peter and Eva. We will be back soon!

I came from Noosa to Brisbane for work training and stayed at this beautiful B&B for just one night (wish I could of stayed longer). The whole house has a real warm and homely feeling and the owners are so so friendly and welcoming, its filled with gorgeous antique decor. We stayed in the Edwardian room which was spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast is normally served at 8am but the owners were more then happy to accommodate me so I could have mine a little earlier I had their home made granola and yogurt - delicious. The location is awesome close to the city but far away from the busyness, and just a 10min walk to the end of the road to the Brisbane river. I will 100% be returning for any other occasion bringing me to Brisbane.
