The room we were in was a Very small room, but Clean
Very limited car parking (approx 10 parks)
Otherwise free on street parking between 7pm-7am. Then only upto 3 hours which has to be paid (ticket machine nearby)
Not for the disabled. All stairs.
Friendly staff
The room itself was very outdated and there was rust on the door to the balcony . Credit where it’s due the shower was amazing but there was no extractor fan in the bathroom. It was one of the most secure hotels as well with keys required to enter the building before access to the rooms .
Unfortunately I would not stay here again due to the lack of parking .
It is a good hotel to spend one night or tonight if you’re in a hurry or you don’t want to get into the hassles of Brisbane rooms are very small however as I said for a couple of nights there a good state it is also close to the station which adds a lot of value and the receptionist lady was really good good. As I checked in the early she help me in accommodating by checking in early and she explained all the instructions nicely Wi-Fi quality was good but I have basic model who does the job for a couple of nights
If I could give -5 starts I would.
Wouldn’t check us in without seeing everyone’s license…. Shouldn’t it just be the person that made the booking?
Rooms not sound proof at all …. Would like to thank room 408 for the porn sounds echoing down the hallway.
No lifts
Shower mouldy
Items broken in room
Fridge unplugged so had to leave cold food out until fridge wasn’t at least hot.
On arrival Ray gave us some top tips and helped find are way around the city, the hotel is literally 5 minute walk to the city centre.
The hotel is clean and very well kept , fantastic shower and the little balcony to sit outside with a coffee was amazing . Yes it’s winter in Brisbane but coming from the UK, it was like summer.
Stayed 4 night had a great time, would stay again if in Brisbane.
On arrival after two very long flights from Ireland at 23:30 during an electrical storm, we found the reception shut! Horrified is an understatement. We phoned the emergency number to be met with the most unhelpful person, who told us reception would be open at 8am, she put the phone down on us.
We eventually found a hotel only to be met in the morning by an email saying as we were a “no show”!!! Our booking was cancelled!! We didn’t get chance to book in that day either,
Booking.com need to remove this hotel from their listings.
I would avoid this hotel at all costs. They are refusing to reimburse us!!!
We enjoyed the location to Farah Persian restaurant, Roma Street and walking distance to Brisbane. Much appreciated rgds Rodney and Robyn
"There are no lifts, so if you have trouble with stairs it may not be right for you, no mini bar but a limited drink selection at reception"Read full review
