A big thank you to Chris and the team at Il Mondo hotel. Called up last minute during magic round (very busy weekend) and Chris organised a room for me at a very competitive price. I arrived early and was given early check in. The room was very neat and clean. I phoned up reception the following morning and was given a complimentary late check out. Free secured parking was a surprise too. Thanks very much.

Stranded in Brisbane due to crazy weather event. Chris held a room for us and greeted us warmly. We were cold, wet and tired. He’d already popped the air con on. He didn’t charge us double as other accomodation places were doing due to high demand. We’ll be back under much better circumstances. Lovely room, comfy bed, genuine people. Thank you Chris.

Great place to stay at if you're visiting Brisbane, it's out of town, on Kangaroo Point easy access to the north over the Story Bridge, to go to the suburbs like Bulimba, Hawthorne, etc and to get to the roads taking you to the Gold Coast. Chris and his team will do anything for you, rooms serviced with a box of goodies every morning, toiletries, new towels, coffee, tea and small biscuits. Just a great service. And across the road is the Story Bridge Hotel for a meal, drinks and sport on the big screens they have there. Shouldn't be telling everyone to go there because when I next book it'll probably be a sellout now, lol!!

Without exception everyone at Il Mondo were delightful and genuinely helpful. We declined room servicing as we were having a little rest. To our surprise a fabulous box of everything to replenish the supplies was placed outside our room. Amazing service. Thanks so much

We were caught in Brisbane, unable to get to our destination on the Sunshine Coast due to the major flood event. We were grateful to be able to book a room at Ilmondo in Kangaroo Point. It was a welcome refuge. Great location, clean facilities, friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed our unexpected stay.
