Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.

The Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane Anzac Square often receives accolades for its exceptional value, offering spacious and immaculate rooms with the bonus of useful kitchen facilities. Despite praise for the cleanliness and comfort found within the hotel's atmosphere and amenities, some guests have pointed out that parking can come at a steep cost.
The establishment's central location garners positive reviews, with guests appreciating the convenience to transit, shopping, and the CBD. Although the service is generally commendable, issues with noise management have been flagged by a few visitors.

Adina is sutuated just accross from Central Station and a short walk to Queen St Mall. So convienient to everything. Very clean and the rooms are quite spacious and quiet with kitchen facilities and washing machine provided. There is a small supermarket located just next door for any needed purchases.
Perfect location if you fly in and have to catch the train to the city.

The staff, location and bed was brilliant. But if you like a shower that you can just stand under instead of having to manually hold the shower head to wash your body - I wouldn't recommend this hotel for you.
If you leave the shower head in its holder it hits the wall on the opposite side leaving you standing in the cold air with no water.

On previous stay I was advised by reception staff to ring and book personally next visit as they could do better room at cheaper rate than Qantas online.. No surprise to the reader that I was given a downgraded room at a more expensive rate than Qantas offer. As for the free wifi, it is the same story every time. You have to go down to reception to get connected. Each time you turn on one of your devices, you have to enter all your personal details again to gain free access. I was to scared to try food service. Room was clean and tidy. Few power points for charging devices. Ideal central city location if travelling by Airtrain from the airport., but beware the Central station lift is about to be upgraded so may have to manhandle heavy suitcases on escalators and ramps until mid-2021. There are plenty of hotels nearby. Next time I will be giving one of them a try, and getting Qantas points with the booking!

The apartment complex is situated in a very busy part of the Brisbane CBD and as such can be quite noisy. It is ideally centrally located opposite Central Railway Station and is close to all shopping outlets in Queen Street which is a 3 minute walk from the apartment complex. The apartments themselves are tastefully furnished with large screen televisions, microwave ovens, sinks, tea & coffee making facilities etc all contained in a small kitchenette. The staff are excellent and extremely efficient, friendly and courteous. I would recommend Adina Apartments to anyone who needs to be close to all the city of Brisbane has to offer.

We opted for the one bedroom apartment with the separate living room which was cosy but also plenty of space for the 2 of us. The room was very clean, the bed was SO comfortable, especially after a massive day. The room has everything you need :) All the staff we encountered were so lovely and helpful from fixing our card that didn't work in the elevator to providing breakfast suggestions. They even kept our bags so that we could go for breakfast after check out. They do park your car for you for $35 unless you park elsewhere yourself. The location is fantastic, so close to Queen Street, 10 min walk to Eagle Street. We are looking forward to staying here again!

The location of this hotel is excellent- train station across the road and bus stop right in front, although within walking distance of most things. The hotel itself is dated and in need of some love. In the three nights we stayed, there was a broken lift, key card readers rarely worked, resulting in us continuously having to go back to reception. We had booked a studio, only to realise upon checkin that studios did not include a washer/dryer (???). Luckily the efficient staff member was able to upgrade us to a one-bedroom apartment (for and added charge of $30 pn). The washer/dryer was the most modern and best thing about the apartment, which was ok, but suffered from leaky faucets in the bathroom; we had to keep the door closed at night so we could sleep. The 24 hour free wifi was a joke, so if you have to have a reliable internet connection, be prepared to add $10 per day on to your price pn. Most hotels have moved on from this archaic charge and just provide guests wth this as an included amenity. And that internet was not without its issues. On the other hand, the COVID protocols were a definite plus- we felt that much care was taken in this regard. Overall we did not feel that this was value for money and would definitely stay somewhere else next time.

I have stayed at Adina Anzac square many times now as the location is the best in the CBD by far. Close to eagle street, wharves, fortitude valley and across from the train station. Room refurbs which were carried out recently also give the hotel a fresh, light and inviting feel.

I stayed for the one night. I chose this hotel for its location just across the street from Brisbane Central railway station. I was unaware that Brisbane Central Business District was quite small and most CBD hotels are a short walk.
I got a cheap rate for the room but if it wasn’t discounted then I would have been quite disappointed. The room was clean and perfunctory however there was nothing special about it. I was woken twice during the night due to loud fan noises right near the door due to the poor insulation.
The hotel has no facilities including no restaurant. That was fine as there is a lot within walking distance.
The worst part my stay was the unusable internet. There is a sign in the lift that the internet is capped at 1Mbs unless you purchase the upgraded WiFi. It’s dishonest for essentially a business hotel to advertise free WiFi and offer such a poor and unusable service.
It left a bad taste.

Hello,
We apologize for not being able to assist you sooner with this question and hope that you were able to get in touch with us directly to have your reservation rectified. For situations such as these, it is always best to contact hotels directly for help.
So sorry. I just noticed this question regarding parking at this hotel. We came by train but did not notice there was any onsite parking. I would suggest that prospective guests contact the hotel directly.
Hi,
Sorry, I always fly to Brisbane.
I know there is parking, but I never used it so I don't know how much it costs. It is best to contact the reception.
Cheers
Good Afternoon Sally, i would like to advise the hotel unfortunately does not have a pool.
Having stayed there in May 2017, I can now answer my own question. Unfortunately, there is no Room Service as such.
