Park Regis North Quay Hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and impressive views that guests often appreciate, though the decor may feel a bit dated to some. The central location is a highlight, with easy access to city attractions and transport, yet a few guests mention noise issues. While the service is generally seen as attentive and responsive, occasional maintenance and communication hiccups have been noted.
Guests enjoy the reasonable room rates, but the additional costs and limited in-room amenities, such as coffee, have been points of contention. Moreover, while the overall cleanliness receives commendation, some areas could see improvement.

The apartment my friend and I used for the week was excellent! After reading the reviews we requested a room above the 15th floor and were very happy to be on 17th floor in a spotless apartment. The simple but modern furnishings were perfect. Fortunately the bathroom window was able to open around 30cm which helped to bring in fresh air, but there was a large air conditioner/heater in the lounge which I'm sure is great in mid summer. The view of the river and highways was wonderful as was the full moon! The staff were excellent and very helpful too. Parking was available underground for $32 per day which turned out to be cheaper than anywhere else in the area. Location is also perfect for access to trains, buses and coaches and there is a mall and supermarket 5 minutes walk away. It's a short walk to the South Bank across a busy bridge but once there one is able to relax away from traffic. I highly recommend this place. (The pool is still being repaired so not available but there is a gym on the ground floor.) Apartment was serviced so bed was made and towels changed daily. *****

We stayed 3 nights. Great views, close to public transport. The kitchenette had the basic utensils and sufficed our needs. Housekeeping came daily. Reception was very accommodating to our late checkin needs and stored our bags for the day at checkout. Recommend to others and we will stay again.

This property was extremely convenient for us while attending a concert at the nearby Suncorp stadium... an easy walk even later at night. The room we were assigned had a clear view of the Roma Street train station but thankfully this had very little impact on the noise level in the room. The room itself was spacious and quite modern and even had a small well equipped kitchenette if you wished to self-cater. The main downfall of the property would be the parking...the maneuverability in the garage is extremely difficult and parking spaces are at a premium to say the least!

The hotel room was not as nice as expected from the website photos although there was a nice view of the river which is particularly lovely at night. The room was basic for the nightly rate charged, the dishwasher was broken and there were limited supplies to complete by hand daily. Fresh towels were provided daily, old towels were not removed from the room so had quite a collection by end of the week. Reception staff were very nice and bags could be left and collected later if needed.

The south-facing room was very clean, albeit a bit sterile, and afforded us great views of the Brisbane River and some of the city. The noise of the constant stream of Brisbane traffic and the hustle and bustle of life below was very-much enjoyed being above it and able to view it in complete silence... It was central and met our every need, including the availability of secure parking... A happy experience.

Priced well enough, the bathroom door nob/ latch needs replacing as you get stuck trying to open it. Over all the room needs more attention on the cleaning, the shower screen was getting black spots along the joinery, shower floor tiles at walls edge felt slimy and the tea cups weren't cleaned properly. Also the bed sheets didn't reach the end of the bed and was slightly coming up. Overall the view of the city and river was nice, room 141 just needs a bit of maintenance and a more thorough clean. Very happy with the staff, they allowed us and friends to store our luggage until check in time and again when we checked out as our flight was not until later that night. Reception is open until 9PM

The pedestrian warning alarm that alerts pedestrians to a car exiting the car park sounded continuously during the night and was extremely loud. This prevented me from having a decent sleep, Broken sleep is the worst and when i'm tired i'm annoying too. The website also indicated that there was a free shuttle to the airport, this was not the case and I had an additional cost for an Uber to the airport.

Well firstly when we booked online we checked the amenities and seeing a pool and a good rating we booked . On arrival we were not informed of the pool closed for repair and we weren’t the only guests to realise this after arriving and checking in. When I asked why the pool was still on the website as part of their facilities the daytime reception ( not attended of a night)informed that she was under the impression that it had already been taken off , to which I opened up the site showing it was still showing. The elevators and signage still showed pool directions only to get to the door to pool deck with a notice stating that the pool was closed for remodeling and work would be finished by late February ( it was now beginning of April ) and work wasn’t even underway! Then once in the room , I noticed the low airconditioner’s topside grill disgusting with what looked like black mould .. I again went to reception to inform of the disgusting condition I was told it was cleaned monthly and that it was happening at the hotel as we were talking. I came down to speak to management was informed that he was about to leave . I asked for his card . I left a message and was never called back . The lounge had busted feet and unstable , hair tie found with other rubbish under the lounge , also feet missing on bed and unstable. Also black mould on ceiling in bathroom near window in the shower , 1 out of 3 globes working in the bathroom . Have photos I would not recommend anyone to stay here… Filthy conditions, false statements on website and lack customer service! And we were refunded our $32 parking fee consolation whoopi do!

Dear wayne, Thank you for taking the time to review Park Regis North Quay. I am disappointed to hear about your overall guest experience and will take this feedback on board. Customer feedback is very important to us as we use this as a way to improve our overall service into the future. I have discussed your feedback in depth with our housekeeping team as this does not meet our usual high standard of room presentation. Regarding the pool, every effort is made to communicate to guests that the pool is closed prior to check in. The work on the pool actually began several months ago but due to unforeseen delays out of our control it is taking longer then anticipated, we are hoping to have it back in operation as soon as possible. I certainly look forward to welcoming you back again to Park Regis North Quay to ensure that can experience our usual high level of room presentation and customer service. Stay Well, Simon Nelson

We booked into Park Regis North Quay to be close to the Suncorp Stadium to attend the Paul McCartney Concert. The location was very convenient and we were able to access what we wanted to easily. The one bedroom apartment was very comfortable. Suggestions for improvements would be to provide a mirror in the apartment itself apart from the one in the bathroom and to provide proper coffee/tea mugs.

All i needed for a 1 night stop over. Close enough to walk to from the city. Staff were very friendly, sadly there was no on site restaurant but conveniently able to order in food. Very well priced for a one bedroom fully self contained apartment, even had a bathtub

To tell you the truth I didn't utilise it. I find it frustrating with most WIFI outlets because they will give you so much for free and then charge you after one hour etc. If you want a nice looking hotel I would not stay here. I look at the features more than the WIFI and this place is dated and my room definitely needed a refurb.
Best way from the airport is to take the airline trin from arrivls$15 one way to Roma street station in the city centre and walk to the Park Regis , a short distance...too short to take a taxi. You may to google to see exact distance in metres! Very easy walk into top restaurants nd South Bank across the Oxley Bridge.
There are more places to choose from in the Brisbane area.
