Stayed just for one night after flight from Cairns to Brisbane prior to flying to LA. Hotel is lovely, staff were friendly and informative. Perfect location in city to riverfront restaurants, shops and Central Station in order to use Airtrain to and from airport.

First I was afraid, I was petrified. Kept thinking I could never live without you on my side. But now I’ve spent so many nights, wishing I was somewhere else, I grew strong, and I learned how to move along. I’m out Hilton - third terrible experience in a row, after you begged

Dear LPTraveller760, Thank you for sharing your feedback following your stay at the hotel. Naturally I am disappointed to read that we have not met your expectations. Our goal is to deliver a perfect stay for every guest so apologies that this wasn't the case. I have shared your feedback with our housekeeping team in particular so that we can address the lack of attention to detail when checking our cleaned rooms before releasing them for use. Your feedback is valuable and I appreciate the time taken posting your review. Best regards, Chris Partridge

How far is hotel from Brisbane transit center ( where tours depart)
The Brisbane Transit Centre at Roma Street is a 15 minute walk from the hotel or a short taxi ride. I hope that helps.

Hi, I want to make a group booking, what is the best email to contact
Hello there, apologies for a delayed response to this question. Unfortunately we cannot post contact information on Tripadvisor per their guidelines. The hotel can be contacted by phone and email, easiest solution is to Google Hilton Brisbane. Thanks and regards, Chris

Anyone know any offsite secure parking??
The Hotel has valet parking for $58 per night in a secure area. Alternatively there is the Wintergarden Car park adjacent to the hotel and you can find details on the Secure Parking website.

Has anyone stayed over Christmas with Children and if so is it nice and festive and is the Christmas dinner good
I’d say no - it’s very internal ie internal atrium. The food will be good but the rooms have daylight - it’s club sophisticate. Perhaps the Stanford Hotel right on the river as it has great outdoor space, on the river and next to great parklands, outdoor rather than indoor pool, more open environment and good walks along the river and you can do a river cat ride. Also closer to river restaurants than hilton - Hilton lovely but more adult corporate. For instance reception is on level 1 so you have to go to indoor atrium and bar area to get to level 6 to access rooms. So I’d go somewhere where access is simpler and outdoors easy to access. Hilton is great for shopping though
