Clean and comfortable accommodation. A bit dated but very well maintained. Really appreciated staff’s help in booking ground floor unit with level access. Have stayed in studio and one bedroom units and found both adequate for our one night stays. If staying longer would make good use of the ground floor furnished patio with direct access to the pool. Very good parking with simple access to room. Booking by phone we were treated with polite helpfulness and given competitive price as a Quest member.

The Quest Ascot is good value for money in a great location with easy access to the airport, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and the city. This Quest, must be one of the older Quests and is a little tired. However the facilities are good. We stayed in a studio apartment and the kitchenette facilities are a bit limited to just a microwave, kettle, toaster and a fridge and all were sufficient for our needs. However the kitchenette area is a little cramped but workable.

This was a amazing stay. We booked a room with a living room and balcony. The room is really comfortable. We cooked food in the kitchen and enjoyed the night view while drinking wine on the balcony. There is also a swimming pool available. In addition, the location of the hotel is really good, there are Japanese and Western restaurants nearby, as well as bars. The service staff here are also very enthusiastic and attentive. anyway, it was a pleasant stay experience. We will choose this one if we have the opportunity in the future.

Quest Acot ticked all the boxes! It is not a new establishment, but my room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfy and all I needed was on hand. The room was a generous size with a private balcony. I was at the front of the establishment facing the street, but the traffic noise was very minimal inside the apartment. The staff are second to none! They are an absolute asset to Quest! Thank you for making my stay so pleasant. Also, Gallopers is across the street and offer excellent dine in or take away meals at an affordable price.

The cost of this place for the service offered was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. There is no reception only someone there during normal business hours. The studio I was in was old and dirty. The apartment used a split aircon unit possibly shared with other tenants and not good during the current world situation. It was a studio with all these cups and plates but no kitchenette. there was not tap for me to get water apart form the old dirty bathroom sink taps. The only thing that was half decent about the apartment was the bed which was advertised as a queen but just two doubles pushed together and over the night moved apart. Wouldn't pay more than $50\night for a place here.

Sorry but never again!!
On arrival the lady at the front desk was very friendly and polite, perfect to be honest. Once I got to my room, yuk was my next impression, old, dirty, badly stained carpet, ceiling fan was so loud there was no chance I could leave it on and nothing like what was in the display photo’s. This is way too expensive for its current condition and there are plenty of other accommodations close by that are cheaper and in better condition.

One of the best hotels in Brisbane. We have been here for the second time in a year. Hotel staff is friendly and it provides incredible hospitality. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials. It's located in one of the best suburbs of Brisbane so there are some really good restraunts and shopping places at a walking distance. It is also very close to airport and is best suited for travellers.

The room might not be fancy but was immaculate clean and the private balcony gave us a good view of the sunset.
Love deck chairs beside the pool XO there’re also handy restaurants on the racecourse rd and a woollies 2 blocks away. Anyway, will definitely stay here again for the next racing Saturday lol

We love staying at the Quest. They try to accommodate an early check in so we can get ready for the races. Rooms are large with comfortable bed, private balcony and within walking distance of Eagle Farm, Doomben & across the road from Gallopers. Always look forward to staying here.

We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight. It's only 10 minutes drive to the airport so very handy. It's an older Quest, but still quite functional. It was a one bedroom apartment so it was spacious and comfortable. The mattress felt thin when I got into bed, but it was actually very comfortable. Got a good night's sleep as it's in a quiet neighbourhood. Only issue was that bathroom was quite small and dated eg shower over the bath. The sink was tiny and there wasn't anywhere to put your toiletries.

Does Quest Ascot have a lift to the second floor? If not, are there one bedroom apartments on the ground floor?
Answer from Ausguy42

Ascot does not have lifts to 2nd floor. However, I have recently stayed in a studio unit on the ground floor near the pool. Not sure if they have 1 bedroom units on ground floor. Good idea if you call Ascot direct and ask them.
