Staying here was awful! I'm not fussy and I know you get what you pay for but this motel was disgusting! Stains, hair and black flakes on the sheets, clearly not washed. Bathroom had dirty sink with used bar of soap and toilet had obviously not been cleaned. Kitchen had no sink so you needed to use the dirty bathroom sink for water, I don't think so!!!! We got there late and once we we're in this filthy room all we wanted to do was leave but we're to terrified to unlock our door and go to our car as there was a group of drunk non English speaking men singing and talking loudly then it sounded like a prostitute arrived and through the thin walls we could hear her 'entertaining' these men all night. It was absolutely horrible and at 5.30am when everything went quiet we unlooked our door and got in our car as quickly as possible. If you stay here bring your own sheets and towels then burn them, bring disinfectant and hand sanitizer, earplugs and under no circumstances is this place suitable for children! Hideous experience.

I booked the 'Superior Family Room" for myself and 3 grandchildren. The kitchenette consisted of a small bench, no sink and no utensils. I complained, and was shown the 'Family Unit' one bedroom with a queen sized bed and two single beds in the lounge, they bought in a fold away bed for the third child. There was a stove but it was so old it was in Farenhight markings rather than Centrigrade, no way of poaching an egg, no cooking utensils at all. The shower was appalling, the hot was cold and vise versa, the shower stall very shabby and marked, felt very old. The paint was peeling off everywhere , the carpet old and stained and badly worn. The whole experience was one of the worst I have ever had in a motel. When I came to pay I was forced to pay the 'superior' room rate because that is what I had booked with no reduction for what was a cheaper unit. Apart from its proximity to the motorway it has nothing to recommend it.

Total rip off the photos on the website are different to the actual place. Mold and rotten flooring clearly visible. There is no pool as advertised. In the info pack they have the prices of all individual items in the room if anything is damaged or goes missing. How strange is that! Very disappointed with this place also not good for families with kids. Has some undesirables that live there permanently sitting out side their room smoking all night and were visited by their health worker while I was there. Worst stay in a motel ever. Don't go here.

We booked a "Family Superior" room for 4 adults plus a 1 year old. One room had a huge hole in the wall. The nights were still a little chilly - one room had an oil heater, one room had no heater at all. There was One small table with only 2 chairs... definitely not suitable for "family" eating unless especially as this room type was advertised to sleep up to 6. "Kitchenette" advertised was sadly one microwave ... no other cooking utensils, not even a bowl and serving spoon! No dish wash was supplied so had to use bathroom soap and no tea towel to dry the dishes either!. One pillow per person - no spare ones in the room. For all this we paid $175 per night!!! Which was actually more expensive than renting 2 separate rooms - guess they charge for the interconnecting door. It was easy to find, but so are the other accommodation places along this road. Sadly the advertising far exceeded the quality, and had I have seen this room before I paid we would not have stayed. Didn't expect luxury - but some basics are necessary to make this a "family" room. Communication prior to staying was great but the room definitely let them down especially for the price. Also a note that these rooms are definately NOT "accessible" rooms - there is absolutely no room to move a wheelchair around between the bed and wall into the "kitchen" area and the bench provided is at standard height and not able to be reached from a seated position. I feel they should remove any mention of "accessible" as while the bathroom has a level entry shower, the mixer cannot be reached from a seated position either .. and there is no shower stool provided. I chose this motel based on the "family" room and accessable feature in the advertising - and it proved to be suitable for neither!

Booked a superior family suite to find that it was two very small studio rooms, each with a Queen and single bed which were so close they were almost touching, with a connecting door, that if you opened it covered one of the TVs. Booked two nights and paid on arrival....stay was so miserable with two young children that we cut our holiday short and came home after one night....no refund offered. Shower fitting fell off in our hand and was unusable, decor very tired and a bit grubby, kitchen facilities a laugh....manager offered us the key to another room to use the shower there. Ruined what was planned to be a great fun family weekend.

Stayed 3 nights. The unit had people smoking in it before and was not aired, the pillows even smelt. No cooking facilities, except a micro on a top shelf which could be very dangerous. There was kettle and toaster. No sink. Had to use the batheroom sink which I hate it and I find it yuk... Three days the bed was not made , the batheroom was not cleaned, no rubbish bin in the batheroom. All they did was replace the towels.

Definately a great price, however (yep a however) I wouldn't recommend with MY experience. I had a certain simple criteria - TV, Satellite TV and two beds. This was not a holiday visit or business but health. So the room - well I read constantly "could do with updating" - this is the extreme of updating, maintenance plus. I stayed 3 nights, and major issues with television reception. Now I know that all motels are not responsible for this, but after 5 complaints, and still waiting - I was left hanging, apologizes etc were continually offered, and was assured that it was "only our room" - no effort to move us (son and I), lots of smiles but that's it! we stayed (as requested) on the bottom floor - SO NOISY from the persons upstairs just moving I had to sleep with ear muffs (and I'm not kidding). On a positive note - free parking is avail, the room does includes all facilities mentioned and while it was clean, the paint was more than peeling of the trims etc. The curtains were very moldy (picky) but this is not worth even the cheap rate I got offered. Would not recommend at all.
