We booked the Haifo room on 6th floor for 4 nights. The room is very spacious and has modern and luxurious design. King sized bed with nice fluffy pillows. There is a private hot tub/jacuzzi which is superb.

There were a few pain points.
- The room had a constant humming noise every ten seconds near the bed (which they later explained that it was the water pump), which made it very hard to sleep.
- The jacuzzi was not working initially and turns out the circuit breakers had to be switched on (no guests would have known that). It is also on the balcony so it’s not as private, though it makes for a nice view.
- The shower did not have a toiletries holder.

That said, the staff were super nice and helpful. They helped with the above points (changed room for us; got the technician to help work the jacuzzi) and tried their very best to ensure our stay was good.

The second room we got on 6th floor was also good, and the jacuzzi is more private. No more humming noises too. Had much better sleep the next two nights.

They have a nice al fresco area with seating outside the 5th floor restaurant which would have been a great cocktail area overseeing the night sky and town view, but the restaurant is not open at night due to lack of guests. I hope they make use of this part in the future.

Location is fairly decent with a minimart nearby, and a few min walk to the edge of Old Town. However to the centre of old town it is quite far to walk, so it’s best to take an electric car (Hoi an Shuttle bus) to Phan Chu Trinh/Le Loi junction (VND50K). Also quite near to spas/massage places including 5 senses spa which is great.

They offer fair pricing on airport transfers and car transfer to Ba Na Hills.

We arrived to receive a complimentary drink while our guide checked us in. The foyer is beautifully decorated and service was quick and friendly. Our room was lovely and well presented being clean and comfortable.

Unfortunately, our room it only had a large bath with hand shower. We asked if we could move to a room with a walk-in shower as my wife couldn't easily use the large bath. The receptionist and night manager were wonderful and we were moved to another room - an upgrade for no additional expensive. Brilliant service.

The rooms are great, the service friendly and helpful, the breakfasts were terrific with a lot of choice and the hotel quiet. Additionally it is only 500 metres to the Old Town with it wide variety of restaurants and shops. Only a small quibble is that the pool is small and awkward but you do have access to a shuttle nearby the An Bang Beach.

Last words - Le Pavilion run 5 hotels in Hoi An so be careful which one you book!

The hotel room is very cozy, good amount of space where you can leave your luggage opened while packing.
The staff is very friendly but can be quite aggressive in asking for reviews, enough that they would like to do it themselves using your account. They were not as tough with customer feedback before. I think this is a good sign that they now are more conscious of maintaining and improving quality.
Food is delicious, fresh although compared to other Asian hotels, you might find the choices a bit limiter. But nonetheless, you still find fresh and healthy options. Never miss the pho. And spot for unique fruit options. Today, we tasted their local green apple.
The hotel is quite near to the Old Town, a good 5-minute ride using the electric bus.
This is my second time in HoiAn and will always go back.
Thank you Le Pavillion. 😊

We booked for a gallery premier deluxe room and enjoyed our stay here. The location is not too far from old town, with free bicycle rental for convenience of travel.

Rooms were well maintained
and spacious with bathtub. Breakfast buffet was also filling with a mix of both western and Vietnamese cuisine. We were served by Sunny, and the staff were helpful and welcoming.

Would be back for next time 😁

Horrible hotel. We had 5 rooms for 1 night during our stay in June. The hotel has no power back up arrangement. Can you imagine power going out for almost 3 hrs and we were sweating in the room. After our insistence the general manager was called and issue gets resolved after 3 hrs in heat. The Ac in the rooms are poor and we had to get a fan to get air circulation. The hotel design is poor with ill paced lighting. The hotel promised us a refund of full booking amount which I haven't received till now after one month which is a pure cheating. If you are an India pls avoid this hotel as the staff has discriminatory behavior towards Indians

Hotel located in the center of Hoi An. Despite a very late arrival (10:30 p.m.), they agreed to serve us the meal planned much earlier. The only problem is the soundproofing of some rooms, so don't hesitate to ask to change them to avoid the rooster or the interior courtyard. Very good breakfast with excellent pho.

Pros: location is walking distance to old town. Staff are friendly and efficient. The room I was in 603 looked fairly newly refurbished and was nicely decorated. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good range of foods.

Cons: on the morning I checked out I found black mould on the wall behind the curtains - must be difficult to keep this away in this climate. The hallways and room smelt quite musty. My room had a very deep freestanding bath with a strange shower head on the wall next to it that sort of pointed to the bath and no curtain. Not really a wet room cos the water didn’t run to the floor drain. Result was water everywhere! Very large step in and out of the bath to have a shower. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues!

An amazing hotel with an amazing room at an amazing price. Really friendly staff as well from front desk to the restaurant. Location is walking distance to the old town, the only thing that might stop you from walking is the hot weather so keep that in mind if you are a walker but afraid of the sun.

The staff is very accommodating and welcoming. I appreciate them giving us suggestions on what to do and information on tailors in the area. Also for allowing us to rent bicycles so we can view the city without walking. Thank you for the beautiful room and the view! Spectacular 🤩

Nice and grand receptionist area. Greeted by pretty receptionist, Moon. She was patient to explain with a written list of the hotel amenities.
For the breakfast, she even gave each of the rooms a menu to order our ala carte breakfast items for the following day.
