This hotel is great, I cannot fault it. The staff work so hard and are so polite and friendly. The selection of food at meal times, was fabulous and there were different choices each day including vegetarian for myself, the serving times were also very good. We had a late flight so the staff had left us some bread and cheese in our room with water which I found kind. The pool is a good size and very clean, the beach is right at the back of the hotel attached so if you can't get a pool lounger it's not far to get one at the beach. The town is about a 20-30 minute walk depending on your pace but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel or you can get a taxi for €7. I had a lovely holiday and would certainly recommend.

+1
We were a bit dubious after some of the reviews. We got an all inclusive deal in October it's still very warm and not jam packed. The shuttle bus to the hotel from the airport and back is included. The variety of buffet food and drinks available is more than enough and the food is good to. With the extras of the pool bar where you can get drinks and the beach bar where you can get food as well as drinks(including alcohol and cocktails and mock tails it's definitely great value. The a la carte menu 1 per person per stay was a very tasty 5 course meal. The hotel is beautiful we went for a standard room with a sea view and the blue flag beach is literally on the doorstep. With a bus stop situated outside the hotel that offers regular trips to Rhodes and many more places. As well as the sea shuttle which operates close by. The water park is within 15 minutes walking distance although out of season starts around the end of October so it closes then. Their is a pool in the hotel and and an onsite shop. Pool towels are also provided free of charge every day. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff are friendly and helpful. The entertainment staff we're lovely too. The only negative was the tourist tax charge which I guess was in the small print. Ignore the bad reviews these people are clearly hard to please. Thanks for our amazing holiday would highly recommend x

I was on this vacation for 14 days. The hotel and the rooms were always perfectly cleaned. The dining room was adequate, the dining room staff (waiters) didn't take the plates away from the tables much, a lot of people took it away themselves, but the food was good. Every time I'm on vacation by the sea, I also go to the pool, but not really this year, it was dirty for the whole 14 days, I didn't see anyone cleaning it. The sea was beautiful without waves, but sometimes they appeared, there are large and small stones in the sea, so I recommend water shoes, there is a bar with drinks and snacks on the beach and by the pool. The hotel and rooms have air conditioning and WiFi and it is also on the beach.
If I could recommend something, I would definitely recommend an evening trip around Rhodes, it was really interesting. If you go to Faliraki by bus, you will be there faster than walking, and it is more pleasant, if you want to go to the center of Faliraki, tell the driver to stop Faliraki Center and you will be right in the center. And I also recommend the restaurant, but I already wrote about it here.

Overall very decent hotel but there are some points to explain in more detail.
1. The whole group got an upgrade to the sea view room which was amazing. The view is really nice. I understand this doesn't happen to everyone but if you're booking a room then I would recommend the sea view one.
2. The rooms and the hotel have a bit older furnishing. It didn't bother us that much but the rooms do need a facelift. Rooms themselves were clean but our balcony was not cleaned from sand which was a bit of a letdown. Since the view was very nice we let it slide.
3. Food is great, plenty of choices.
4. Snack bar and pizzas are also great.
5. The entertainment was okay. If you want to play pool or other games then you have to pay 1-2€. Would be nice if it was free.
6. Plenty of chairs at the beach. Definitely use swimming shoes because the beach has rocks and pebbles. Bring snorkeling equipment!
7. Wifi in our room was a bit slow.
8. We really liked that the hotel is next to the shopping centre.
9. Bus stop is in front of the hotel and the waterpark is 15-20 min walk away from the hotel.

In October last year, we had already stayed in an all inclusive week here.
(See the previous very detailed review if you want to know everything).
-
Totally satisfied, we came back this year with one more person from our family who enjoyed it, just like us.
-
What more can be said than the October 2023 review?
-
Just remember that the Pension is exemplaryly clean and that the staff (maids, waiters, cooks, bartenders, maintenance men, front desk staff*) are all very professional caring and smiling.
• * A special thank you to Christina who speaks so well French and knows how to inform you.
For meals, it is nice to note that there are never queues at the buffets and that the dishes that empty are constantly replaced.
We had for one of the two bedrooms a little problem with air conditioning that let water leak into the entrance.
After reporting it, it was repaired in the moment and to make amends, the manager left us in each room a small card accompanied by a plate of fresh fruit and a bottle of 50 centimeters of white wine.
Having travelled a lot, we have to recognize that few hotels are so well maintained.
PS: As the Inn’s beach is not gently sloping and pebble-strewn, take a bus ( €1.50) right in front of the Inn to nearby Faliraki which offers a huge sandy beach and a more than gentle slope, as you can walk a long time. You will find a profusion of deckchairs.
The multitude of shops in Faliraki will be conducive to shopping.
Another advantage: At the foot of the Olympus Pension a nice shopping center of various shops plus a pharmacy.
You can also enjoy the many cats taken in by a shopkeeper (the smallest, tricolor, on her shoulder was only 5 weeks old) who have in the patio in front of her business facilities allowing them to play.
Finally the proximity to Rhodes historic city and port (bus €2.50) is an added asset.

we have recently stayed at your resort and may I say the room and view is amazing, I couldn't fault it one bit. Beds are comfy, waking up to the view is amazing and the cleaners keep the place clean and the bar tender stravous is absolutely incredible.
However the food is horrendous, for the first 2 days I had cucumber and tomatoes, the same goes for the mrs where she had a bread roll. We tried the food each night hoping it would be better, as we are adventurous people but it was either cold, soggy and completely inedible So within our stay we had to learn to use the 'efood app' we had to order food most nights and take trips to near by cafes and restaurants. Which because of this, the money we had between us had to be spent on food and didn't allow us to have days out which we had planned. So we missed out on viewing the beautiful island so much due to having to cater for ourselves. There was no need for all inclusive, We had to pull more money out our banks as we used all of our spending money on food. It defeats the 'all inclusive'. My mrs also has a nut allergy and you do not cater for allergies it appears. There's no signs to say what has nuts in?? We asked if the food had any nuts in and the replies were 'I don't know'. This is really i unacceptable as it was a guessing game. We also do appreciate it's the end of season and employee's must be getting tired, but it's no excuse.
We would have liked to complain to the manager about the cold food, however when trying to approach the manger there was someone else already complaining. He told her 'it was her opinion' on the food, but of course it would be as we're paying for the service? When the manger then approached the chefs to let them know they decided to come out to the Buffett and start touching the food with a foul attitude saying it's not cold.

The holiday completely met our expectations. The hotel looks much better in person than in the photos, it is not as huge as it appears in the photos. Everywhere clean, equipment sufficient.
The food is perfect, everyone chooses what they want. During our 11-day stay, mussels were excellently prepared 3 times, shrimp once, some fish every day. Even for small diners, it was always possible to find food that they could arrange. They make pancakes every morning. The pizza prepared every day at the beach bar is excellent. The pool bar is open all day, sometimes longer into the night. Not much beer, but they have decent wine and the selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails is sufficient.
We personally liked the beach a lot and we didn't mind the entrance to the sea with stones. We didn't even have to buy water shoes, we could do without them. Even my nine-year-old daughter managed it just fine. It is worth taking goggles - the underwater life here is really rich and you can see fairly large fish just two meters from the shore.
Staff smiling, willing to help with anything at any time. We experienced a time when the south of the island was engulfed in fire, and everyone in the hotel tried not to let the tourists know too much. Even though the electricity and water were turned off for four days, they always managed to boil and immediately began to oscillate after being "started" again.
The animators are very nice, they didn't rush people to participate, so whoever isn't looking for this entertainment, they didn't disturb him in any way. The minus was that the evening entertainment ended at 11 pm and the noise echoed in the rooms. We particularly highlight the work of Czech animators for children of Eximtours and Fischer travel agencies. My daughter had a lot of fun with them.

Lovey hotel on the beach. Great location, short taxi ride to Old Rhodes town and Faliraki harbour. All staff were friendly and polite, busy working throughout the day. Rooms cleaned daily except Sundays. Beds very comfortable, room could do with a freshen up but didn't affect the enjoyment of our holiday, we upgraded to a sea view room, which is well worth it! Food is plentiful and replenished constantly throughout meal times. Food is a bit repetitive, but there was always something we liked to eat. Not a lot to suit English taste at dinner, but that didn't bother us as we like to try authentic food from the country we are staying in. One big plus is the beach snack bar! Handmade pizzas are amazing, and the rest of the beach bar menu has something for everyone. Lastly the hotel animation team are such a great bunch of people! They keep everyone busy with activities throughout the day for those that are wanting to join in, activities such as yoga, aqua gym, beach volleyball, darts etc and then they provide evening entertainment for the children and adults. With an array of languages covered by the team they go out their way to involve all of the guests and really made our stay an extra special one. Special shout out to Alex, Felix and Lucy on the animation team, you gave us so many happy memories to take away from our holiday. Would recommend this hotel for its location and hospitality. Would happily visit again.

A mid-level hotel with poor infrastructure and overpriced holidays.

We stayed at the Olympos Hotel for 10 nights at the end of July. We lived on the penultimate floor on the left side. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the sea. In the evenings, there were concerts at the pool (the only one) with loud music until 23:00, and once until 00:00, which is not good for families with children and pensioners. The beach is pebble and good. The entrance to the sea is rocky. For 6 days in a row, the electricity went out 2-4 times, although this did not happen in other nearby hotels. The generator also failed. When the power went out, nothing worked, you couldn’t shower or eat properly. We got stuck in the elevator 2 times. When flushing the toilet and while filling the tank, the pipes make a loud noise. At 4-5 o'clock in the morning the garbage truck woke me up. Internet in the room did not work from the first day. After several calls to the reception staff, the Internet started working only after 4 days. There are broken sun loungers on the street near the palm trees, but the good ones are occupied from early morning. There were many Poles and Romanians; and there were French, Slovaks, Italians, as well as a few Russian and Lithuanian speakers. The food is normal, the soft drinks are bad - chemicals, instant coffee, no juice ("4* all inclusive"). There were 3 bars with bartenders with different moods and average levels. Small hotel area.

Hi, I would say 20 mins by bus and approx 10-15 by car (taxi, I don't drive) hope that helps. I'm back there again in May, love the place.
