I don't believe all rooms take dogs I have stayed four times never heard dogs I stay in the more expensive room so didn't hear any ...hotel is extremely comfy and friendly and in my stays in the summer very very peaceful

I think it's any time after 2, although if the room is ready mist places are happy to let you in early.
