On my girlfriend's birthday we took a room where we checked in online in which photos of the ID were taken to fill out the form, and when we got there to enter and realized that we left one of the two IDs at home, Our mistake is because it says that they are needed to enter, they deny us entry, they do not accept other documents in which the identity is perfectly visible, which at the same time could contrast with the one that I ALREADY had and they leave us on the street at 7 in the tomorrow and without a car because we had gone by Uber because of course legally they cannot leave us without our ID as they say in the emails they sent us later and they are very legal as it should be... of course... when they realize We had a pack taken and we had to give them more money, the one at the reception already doing us a "favor" told us to come and pay what was missing and they let us pass... there is no need to be legal, the money x ahead!! Si yo siempre reservo por teléfono y luego puedes pagar allí lo único que te piden el número de la tarjeta como garantía de reserva pero no te cobran nada.
