Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We were expecting a much older establishment out in the countryside. Very surprised. Modern hotel on outskirts of nailloux. Excellent chef most expensive plat de jour, still very reasonable, stunning flavours on par with Michelin meals previous two days at a fraction of the cost. Pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms very small and limited electric sockets for modern traveller.

Stayed for a couple of nights on business. Basic but ok rooms. The big highlight is the restaurant, which was surprisingly good. The pool was small but ok. Good blinds on the windows makes the room completely dark at night, and the beds where good.

After flying into Toulouse late evening we stayed here so we could go to the Nailloux shopping centre the next day. The hotel is in the countryside so the area is very quiet. There is a swimming pool but it was closed when we were there in December. The bar and restaurant was also closed due a private function, luckily we had already eaten. Lots and lots of basic but clean rooms and good wifi.

Room Tip: Some rooms face onto the function room so can be noisy if there is an event.
