poo water filling up the toilette and bad smell inside. The living room and bed room are cold and dark without light shed in. Very uncomfortable. The room service is not offered on time. i will not recommend to the travelers to this motel !

Just stayed 2 nights reluctantly as every other motel within 15 km had No vacancy signs. Walked in and there were large stains all over the floor. As it was a extremely hot night I turned on the fan and all the dust and debris that came out shocked me. 2nd night I came back late and all the towels and flannels I left in the shower were still left at the bottom of the shower. The room smelt just wrong, the outside area had an old dumped couch and chair which you were suppose to sit on. This was because your only other option was a broken bbq bench. This is Auckland accomadation at its worst.

If you like 1950’s decor, beds harder than concrete, no air conditioning, filthy stained bed sheets, rude staff, rock hard couches, weeds and old furniture littering the property, dusty uncleaned rooms and no cleaning service during your stay, then this is the place for you. Horrible. Worst place I have ever stayed.

The motel has been recently renovated and looks lovely. The location is also splendid. It was a really comforting stay and the staff there were super helpful and friendly towards me and my partner. Overall I had an amazing stay

I was booked in here for 3 nights but only lasted one , I would never ever go back - in one word disgusting. I was going to post photos but some of you might throw up Blood stains in the mattress cover and duvet and lots of mould on the wall where the windows are .if the price looks to good to be true ,then it is .

Dated rooms although big size, gardens overgrown, reception staff ok but wifi seems not to work 11pm to 6am and no one can be contacted about it. Maybe its turned off during these hours. If I returned to the region would probably try somewhere else.

This would have to be the worse place around. Dirty. Not serviced. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper after the 2nd day. Beds harder than rock. Noisy fridge. Broken furniture. Dirty windows.

Stayed here for one night and that was one night too many. Got a phone call during the day asking us to check in before 5pm. On way to motel got another call asking when we were going to arrive. Room was very musty. No remote for sky television Pressure in shower I could pee faster. Not sure what all the light switches were for as most of them didn't work.

This place would have to be the worst place ive ever had the misfortune to stay at. Where do i start? No condiments (coffee tea etc and none offered) The room was dirty lt looked like it hadnt been cleaned for years. There was mold in the shower and all over the shower curtain. None of the windows had catches ,so you couldn't close them properly let alone lock them. The bed was so hard we ended up putting the mattress on the floor. The front wall was rotten and moved when lent on. The light fittings were hanging down from the ceiling. The kitchen sink was dirty and the cooker looked like it had never been cleaned since new. We were in a second story room and the balcony was wobbling when walked on and a lot of the safety railings were rusted out if someone lent on one they would fall to the ground. I am surprised Auckland city council lets this place stay in business. Stay away

I was desperate for accomodation so knew I would have to take what I could get so was not expecting a palace for $120 a night but honestly this place was disgusting . There was even rotting furniture laying around outside. How hard is it to order a skip bin . There was no remote for the tv , no iron fir the ironing board, a broken toilet roll holder for the toilet paper , and the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in . I was so convinced my bed has a piece of ply wood in between the mattress and the protector I took it off in the morning to check . No ply wood just the cheapest nastiest mattress ever. The hospitality was shocking and we could not wait to leave . I have to give it one star fir the review but even that is being generous
