Visited with my better half for the first time on the 50% off deal. Had a steak ribeye main and chicken Parmesan, we both enjoyed, we’ll cooked delicious food, great friendly service and decent prices with good value for money even without the discount, will be back!

Booked here during August 2020. Messaged on Facebook and got a very fast reply. Booked in for 8 people, lunch. Was very friendly place, dog friendly which if you are dog lovers like us, is great. The staff and other customers were very friendly, the food was very nice and large portions. Will be back.

We don’t usually leave reviews but felt that this place deserves some credit! We have visited 4 times for food while staying in the area this last week. It’s busy & there’s no wonder! Instantly made to feel at home, the food is amazing. The beer garden is well spaced out as is both restaurants inside. We ate inside & out, service to the garden is equally as good. Twice when we were here it was the half price scheme, the place was buzzing. The main of the credit has to go to Gemma, that girl can work, keep a smile on her face under pressure & every time found a couple of minutes to sit with us have a great laugh. All the staff were amazing but she is a little special! We will be back.

We stayed here for 1 night in August 2020. This was our first trip away from home after lockdown. The room was spotless and the bathroom had paper indications that it had been cleaned and sanitised. The beds were very comfortable and there were ample tea and coffee sachets and milk pots. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it! The beer garden is raised and overlooks fields. We watched a sheepdog which passed very close to us whilst rounding up the sheep. An idyllic pub in an idyllic location.

Had an amazing vegan Nut roast- take out. It was delicious, plentiful and very well presented. Superb value for money. Mathew was extremely helpful and substituted items to make a delicious vegan meal. Will definately be getting another. The other meat and vegetarian meals we had were equally delicious. Lovely to not have to cook but have delicious freshly prepared food so convenient. A real treat. Thank you.
