Demode hotel, with a beautiful location, very close to the sea, and a beautiful swimming pool, impeccably kept.
Simple environment, double room in the norm, but where the bathroom, lacked hooks in which to hang the bath towels, I personally provided for their purchase.
Inadequate breakfast, with no choice of fruit, for customers like me, greeters.
On a 6-night holiday, 4 breakfasts had presented only the cramped watermelon.
Again, I personally provided for the purchase of peaches and kiwis, although the maitre d' had assured me to provide.
Also because my stay, included breakfast, a tremendous defaillance, not made up for at all.
Cleaning service impeccable and impeccable, always available and professional.
Reception and pleasant staff.
Value for money incongruous, because a feared 4-star hotel.
Despite everything, I extended the stay an extra night, because the sea is beautiful.

This 3 star hotel, with a lift, hence the 4 star rating is set in an entirely residential area. Sadly the beach front is unkempt and one senses no future for improvements.
The hotel is clean, the staff as helpful as we've experienced elsewhere on Sicily.
The rooms have interesting views towards the sea but lack of soundproofing means occupants of adjacent rooms can be heard quite clearly.
The swimming pool was ideal on a hot day...
The breakfasts were simple but had Gluten Free food.
1km is a substantial restaraunt but all the other eateries are 4km away in San Leon.
The hotels position in relation to The Valley of the Temples is ideal. Great for a 2/3 day stay.

I spent with my family 4 nights at this residence. The apartment we were offered (on the first floor) was really great (2 large rooms plus a kitchen/dining area). The pool of the residence is very large and the staff is always friendly.
Breakfast is good but not particularly sought after. Also very convenient parking.

Terrible experience, starting with check-in. The receptionist didn't care about us as guests. Worn down place, even plants in the lobby area was unhealthy. Nothing to do in the area. Have booked a room with ocean view. Amazing. But the room... Bathroom almost useless, shower extremely small, and we're small. Shower head broken so need to hold it by hand. Towels in the poorest quality ever. Don't even know we're to buy towels that are so thin. Very noisy AC. Breakfast... Cold coffee, and really disappointed. Just took a croissant and cold coffee. Packed our stuff and checked out. Only response from the receptionist... You leave one day earlier (initially booked two nights), but you have to pay for two nights. Not a single question asked about why.

Room Tip:Â Stay away is my best advise. So many great options elsewhere.

Old and poorly maintained hotel, miserable bathroom with electric boiler and shower curtain, water barely comes out of the taps, swimming pool with gravel around it, never seen such indecency, sea not accessible, has nothing to do with a 4 hotel stars, all for 150 euros per night!!!!! In addition to cashing in, you also need to invest to have tourism..... not recommended!!!

We chose this hotel as a passage for the transfer from San Vito Locapo to Syracuse, unfortunately we only stayed two nights.
Unfortunately because we actually had a great time.
We had a quadruple room with sea view, beautiful and spotless.
The swimming pool is excellent although nearby there is the San Leone beach where the water is beautiful.
We also only had breakfast included but 2 km away there is a pizzeria restaurant with also self service for lunch where we ate very well. Slow to take the order but after service is fast.
Overall, I absolutely recommend it

Always as part of a Fram self-tour, to be avoided. Clean hotel (except around) well located on the edge of a beach littered with rubbish, non-existent staff. No restaurant and breakfast Maximum 2 stars (I don't know how they assign stars to the Italian Ministry of Tourism?).

A great location on the beach, close to all activities in Agrigento and in San Leone. There is something for everyone in the area from youngest to oldest. Host Claudia is an amazing person. She helped with all excursions and information about the area. Claudia is very friendly, warm, and welcoming. Antica Perla is in a perfect location. Very close to the Agrigento city and its great restaurants and of course the valley of the Temples. The pool at Antica Perla is big, beautiful and made for peaceful, lazy afternoons. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is ample and good variety for all tastes. The bar is lovely and great for a drink or an afternoon coffee. Parking is always available in their lot. The staff made our stay very comfortable and memorable. There are several good restaurants walking distance and many more a short drive away. Great take out of Italian specialties and great supermarkets nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Antica Perla. All our family loved our stay there. We look forward to staying there again in the very near future.

the hotel is facing the sea, in a quiet and isolated position, to move it takes a vehicle, in the area there are no beaches or establishments.
hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with umbrella and deck chairs , has parking, present slide for disabled
clean structure, strong smell of bleach . rooms are sea view with balcony , need renovation , thin bed and pillow
breakfast is essential (for a 4*) packaged products.
I need to go over a few things.

A clean Hotel near the beach. But the beach was very dirty. Garbage all over the beach, toilet paper and plastic in the sea and on the beach.
The hotel personnel was friendly.
Except from the pool, a very boring/sleepy hotel.

Thank you. That's very helpful and useful to know that there is a clearly signposted road to Agrigento.
The hotel can help you to rent a car. They are nive and kind people, helpful everytime.
Hi, I really don't know if any transport is available. Didn't see any buses down there. It's far too long a walk to go to the town. Even the supermarket is a long way to walk. Really it was one of our least successful overnight stays - large, impersonal, and with a small rubbish-strewn beach but it appears from other reviews that some people like it so I musn't put you off entirely. Hope this is helpful - all the best, Alison
No lo recuerdo, creo que si. La habitación es muy completa, incluso con una pequeña cocina.
