Good big room with stunning views. The host Ann and Ed were very welcoming. The pool was heated and excellent. Great location for visiting Hobbiton. Breakfasts were excellent. The whole place is spacious and set in delightful gardens. Would stay again

Delightful elegance coupled with amazing views. An upmarket B & B close to Tirau, Matamata, Cambridge. This couple know hospitality; 30 + years in the field and it showed in the room and breakfast. An amazing aqua-jet/massage shower was a bonus!
