Wonderful place, tranquil and relaxing. Fantastic staff with amazing Spa Treatments. Totally relaxing 5 star World Class place. Views to die for and need to be seen. Three bedroom villa was awesome for the family. Could be better for children if there was a kids menu or even basic meals but the cuisine was beautiful. A must is the Degustation Menu it was Superb!!

Had an amazing day helicopter across from Wellington to Bay of Many Coves for a relaxing lunch. Food was superb, wine great and staff friendly and attentive. Stunning views and tranquil atmosphere. Have already booked to stay there in a few months time because it was so beautiful.

Response from Graeme Smith, General Manager at Bay of Many Coves

One of the most special things you can do is enjoy a helicopter ride from Queens Wharf and 30 minutes later land at our private pad here at the Bay of Many Coves - especially when the weather plays ball! Thank you guys for coming over and sharing our part of the world - and I do hope you daughter did well at the competitions :-)

This is a stand out place to stay. The proximity to the Queen Charlotte track and other walking trails make it an ideal place for a walking holiday. The waters of the sounds are beautiful and the resort are happy to arrange anything you could wish for. We did a boat trip and saw Hector dolphins and lots of other wildlife. The accommodation itself is first rate and the service is great. Graeme and his team took good care of us. We would highly recommend and happily return!

Incredible scenery. Impeccable service. Absolutely fantastic, friendly staff. We stayed here for 4 nights and the view from our room was beautiful. The rooms are clean and very well maintained and the food is delicious! If you’re looking to get away to do some amazing New Zealand walks and have some luxury then this place ticks most of not all the boxes.

Magical place with outstanding service. If you want a place to just relax this place is perfect. The view from our room was amazing and the accommodation was top class. We had the 7 course degustation meal with matching wines and it was one of the best meals I have had. Only regret about our stay is we didn’t say longer.
