Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I discovered this place by chance through Smartboxes and chose it to spend a weekend with my family. A place that transmits peace, surrounded by nature. The staff who welcomed us were really kind and attentive. Particular praise goes to Rosalia who accompanied us throughout our weekend. The elements to be praised are undoubtedly the location (very close to the sea, to many small towns to visit but at the same time far from any city noise), the buildings that make up the structure are truly characteristic and last, but not least, the cuisine ! I've always been of the opinion that just as you eat well at home you can't eat anywhere else, but I have to say that we've all changed our minds. We really had a great time and hope to return soon! Thanks to Villa Nicetta

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Villa Nicetta. The room was comfortable and the villa it self was beautiful. When we walked out the front door of our room the scenery was breath taking.Salvatore and Nina and Maria Rosa were very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
The food we were served was also 5 stars plus. Maria Rosa and Nina cooked up a gourmet meal with the dolce ricotta ice cream with figs.I didn't want to leave. I highly recommend Villa Nicetta and cant wait to go back.

We have just spent the weekend in Villa Nicetta and would recommend it to anyone who loves good food and a nice and relaxing environment.
The room was very spacious, meant for 4 people (we were 2),large bedrooms, adequate bathroom with shower, equipped with a small kitchen and a dining area..but who would need it, when the main kitchen dishes out great food!
Breakfast was huge, with fresh bread, biscuits and cakes, home-made jam and marmelade
selection, eggs, cheese... and unlimited refill of coffee and tea.
Dinner was spectacular! Around 10 different kinds of "antipasti" prepared with what's in season,
a lovely risotto, meat with home-made chips, dessert, wine, and home-made spirit at the end...

The surroundings offer interesting choices of half day or even full-day trips, with the Nebrodi park not far away.
The owners are really kind: knowing we were coming by train they came and picked us up from the station! They even gave us a jar of our favourite fig jam when we left!
Definitely recommend it!

We held our wedding here and it was the most magical day.
The staff did everything to make the day as special as possible taking care of all the small details to our requirements.
The food was cooked fresh and tasted amazing.
We had family stay here for the week of the wedding and they had the most enjoyable week.
You could not find anywhere nicer to stay with amazing views, service food and atmosphere.

Located a short drive from the quiet village of Acquedolci, lies this beautiful agritourism that makes you think you stepped back a 100 years ago.

The owners are charismatic, helpful and with a smile on their face. Rooms are basic and can be better, however the place characteristics are simply beautiful. Breakfast is probably one of the best I ever had in terms of quality. The lady running the show does a great job, from eggs cooked to your liking, to bread, charcuterie, 'frittelle' with honey, juices, coffee ecc, you are treated like a king. And we were lucky to have the beautiful company of the resident dog Pepe.

The only that disappointed me is the lack of electrical sockets and the pitch dark at night, the outside lamps were all off and to smoke a cigarette we had to stay by the door.

This was our 4th visit to Sicily and every time we have stayed in various Agriturismo properties. I can state with confidence that this has been my favourite - not only is the property the stuff of 'Home & Country' magazine articles, the warmth and hospitality of the hosts cannot be surpassed. And oh, the food.... no words can describe it! Maria Rosa creates the most astonishingly delicious meals with the passion of someone who truly loves her art.

The agriturismo is on the edge of the Nebrodi, so a good springboard for hiking (you'll need the exercise!) Its around a 40 minute drive to Monte Soro/Lago Biviere. The gardens of the agriturismo are also a relaxing spot if you simply want to read or paint, with views over to the Aolian islands on a clear day.

We can't wait to come back.

We had so much fun at Villa Nicetta like always, nice place with good food. First time for us in December and the fire place was nice and warm when having dinner. Owners very nice and caring. A place to stay when in Sicily. I suggest it to all families.

Situated in Aquadolci this magnificent old villa is simply magnificent. The Sicilian heritage is high lighted with the chapel built in the 1700s.
Peaceful retreat, accompanied with great food & hospitality like Sicilians are renowned for.
Five star.

Well kept gardens, with horses, sheep, chickens, and two dogs. The children went crazy running around. The owners were very welcoming. We were offered coffee upon arrival, served an early dinner (7.30 instead of at 8.00 which is very convenient when having 6yo with you) and and early breakfast.

The food is abundant, fresh, and tasty. Price is extremely good and we were given a further discount on the young ones.

As I said, the staff is very friendly but they don't seem to speak any other language besides Italian so those who cannot communicate in Italian might miss on the warmth these people can offer.

I would recommend it to anyone and will be back.
