This is one of my favourite places in Cazin. Food was very tasty and waiters were very polite and professional. I’m not sure about their English proficiency but i really liked it. This was our destination after a long sopping day in city centre so we were all very hungry. They delivered everything very professional and even told us about one of the natural water source. Highly recommend.

My advice is NEVER go to Motel Stovrela in Cazin, Bosnia and Herzegovina. I went there thru booking.com and it was disaster. I was cheated on a few different ways, from booking and extra from the owner and Manager of this facility. I end up paying double amount for 2 night sleeping because I bring from the city a guest-friend and she visited me for 3 hours(7-10 PM) in the night and we left. I said to receptionist she is coming and he just said o.k, but when leaving they charged me double the amount for two nights!! And not just that. It said on booking 600 meters from center but it is 2100 meters from center using a small road full of holes only for one car. Toilet is so small that an adult man can not move from one spot while showering or reach anything, you can not wash your face on the extremely small kid's sink, and no place to put head down above the sink because you are hitting a shelf just above the sink, toilet paper completely behind your back out of reach, extremely small toilet, out of any hospitality standards and not comfortable at all! Money paid 50 euro for two nights of that accommodation is way too much(In my case they charged me 100 Euro without explanation), for Bosnia and small, out of reach town like this.. I have to mention as well that mattress was full of blood on both side and on the linens I found several dark hear so hygiene and cleanliness is disaster. I f you talk to Manager/Owner you get negative response, he is not professional in this business, full of himself and do not care too much for every guest to feel good. He even offend me in mail saying "F. you" after I complain on all of this... Place is wasting of money, not worth it at all even close, not comfortable, out of reach, dirty, professionalism and communication zero. Good luck.. Drazen
