Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

I often spend a few days in this hotel. Clean and with all the amenities of a 3 star hotel. Kindness and helpfulness of all staff. Breakfast with choice between sweet and savory. Excellent possibility of private parking, 2 steps from the center and close to many towns to visit. Easy to reach from the motorway.
See you next year for the Siloniano festival.

Excellent hotel, very clean, very kind staff, abundant breakfast and lots of choice, enough to return with our eyes closed. Central location to reach all the villages to visit. We stayed in Pescina and visited Aielli, Celano.

After staying in Celano several times when in Italy to visit the relatives it was great to have a hotel now in Pescina and what a little gem it is. We stayed 4 nights here, the hotel is only 12 months old so is in very good condition and they were very accomodating. The rooms are of a good size and the separate bathrooms are of exceptional size for a European hotel. The rooms are serviced daily with fresh towels ect if wanted. The supplied breakfast has a very small selection of pastries, cereals ect and is not what you would call filling, but the coffee was great. Only complaint for this hotel is that they have a great pool that is far too cold so some sort of heating (solar) needs to be looked at. We will be back to this little gem.

We arrive at this hotel on the evening of October 6th for a one-night stop along our route to Rome: two couples, two double rooms with breakfast included, paid in advance via the booking.com website.
At check-in they offered us to change a room because one of the ones purchased was, according to them, too small due to the presence of a very large hydromassage tub. We agree but I don't know if I can say with certainty that it was convenient because they didn't show us the room or compare the price list. The rooms we had, however, were well furnished, really comfortable and very clean.
The Receptionist, a brunette girl with long hair, informs us that we can park inside and that breakfast the next day will be served from 7.00 to 10.00 (information that was reiterated to us three times).
Happy, because we had to leave at 7.30 so as not to miss the plane from Rome-Fiumicino the next day, we say thank you and go to sleep.
On the morning of October 7th the nightmare begins.
Ready at the reception with all the luggage at 6.55am, there isn't a living soul in the hotel except the four of us! The door to the breakfast room was closed and we discovered a sign saying "breakfast from 8.00am"; we knocked and rang the reception bell many times, we called the numbers indicated on the business card at least 10 times but the answering machine always went off or it said "off or unreachable".
Although we wanted to leave anyway, skipping breakfast, it was not possible due to the blocked car gate.
At 7.35, a man finally answers us on the phone, saying that we misunderstood the receptionist because breakfast starts at 8.00 and not at 7.00... How all four guests could have misunderstood, I still have to understand.
If the receptionist makes a mistake it is certainly not the customer's fault and, above all, the customer is not required to go around the entire hotel to read the most hidden signs, in order to verify what the girl said!!
If we wanted to leave, he adds that, as he certainly believed the receptionist had told us, we could take the gate key from the counter, inside the hotel business card container... more information we never received!
However, until 7.40am the structure remained deserted and without staff, which I find disconcerting.
Right at 7.40, finally, a guy from the hotel arrives to whom I explain everything, quite resentfully; He apologizes for our complaints and suggests that we at least have a coffee and stop for a few minutes to do the math. Obviously we cannot accept the proposal since the time does not allow us to delay any longer, as we have a plane to Canada 2 hours' drive from the hotel!
Moral of the story: we go out very nervous, without having had a paid breakfast, after being prisoners in a structure from which, according to the man on the phone, we could get out without problems because we knew how to open the gate, practically being told that Four of us were unable to understand the receptionist's instructions.
Terrible service, truly shameful, I don't want to hear any more about this establishment.

Wonderful Hotel in a small city!!
This was my second stay at this adorable hotel and I hope to return again and again.
Great food in the dining room, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not too big but rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you need. The bathrooms are modern, with again a lot of space. It can be very busy but at night, rooms are quiet, and comfortable - excellent for a good night rest. The clean pool is an added bonus on a warm summer day!
The hotel staff is excellent, professional, work hard and always there to answer your inquiries and to help when needed. Booking and making reservations is quick and easy and the staff remembers every client and that persons specific requests and details.
I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting a near by town!!

I stayed here with my daughter for 3 nights last week. Very pleasantly surprised. Ths hotel is quite recent, great taste - green exterior - next to a Stream. The staff are very considerate & helpful - they let us do a late check out. I had dinner one night - something light but it was good and a great selection of wines. The room was large, new wooden flooring, twin beds, very bright and a terrace. Bathroom was modern, with a good sized shower. If there is anything to criticise it is that there are only Italian channels on the TV. Otherwise, if we return to the region - we would definitely book here and can recommend the hotel.
