Had a fantastic time. Extremely beautiful location. Places are maintained well. Only negative I could find was, many stray dogs roaming around the cottage and swimming pool area. I don't know whether they are properly sterilized, if not, that should be done at once. Children are scared to come out of the room cuz of this. Also early morning runners like me will restrict to come out of the room in the early hours.

Property is good, old amenities. Service was extremely avg. Looked very under staffed. Avg wait time in restaurant was quite high. We could take kids to room feed them and brought them back then the food came at Bayview. Room AC wasn't working thrice people came to check and finally room got shifted after i asked. It should have done earlier.

Luxury at the best. Good rooms, good service and nice location with private beach. Must visit. i have used two restaurants seagull for breakfast buffet and had dinner at Bayview. Bayview the service was slow but the quality of food is really good.

Great hotel, a picturesque one. Access to private beach is a plus. Very courteous staffs. Have a decent breakfast spread. Dinner spread could be improved. Overall a top quality stay and would recommend it to everyone!

We had 4 rooms booked as were travelling with friends and family. Thus the expectations from the property especially when it is a Taj resort is assumed quite high. The staff was very courteous and extremely helpful but the property very evidently was worn off. The room we were allotted earlier had a stench and was not maintained properly. The floor, wood work and other aspects of the room needed repair work. Even when we were upgraded to the cottages, the rooms were though bigger and spacious, has similar issues. The swimming pool had most of the time dirty water and there was no shade. A small investment of a canopy would do wonder to the place as people expect such small thoughts in place. In the heat and sun, it was very difficult to enjoy the pool. In a beach property one would also expect hammock (very few towards the cottages) across places, shacks and coconut water (we tried twice but was always out). Overall though we did have a good time but when people are spending the way one does, the expectations are high and must be met. Lastly expect Taj group to invest more in sustainability. Minimal plastic bottles and toiletries. We did notice Glass bottles in the restaurants and few rooms but other than that it was all plastic.…

I requested for paid upgrade of room but my request was not taken seriously and at restaurant we waited for very long for food and beverages. my family has 2 kids and 2 senior citizens and we waited for more than 2 hrs, since the property is far from nearby restaurant so we did not had any option.

It all started with a bungled booking through an online portal. But the folks at the resort made it so good . It's an old resort. So what the charm that it holds is so good . The moment you step into the compound, there is a sea of change . The serenity, the people The way it is all spread out. Truly an experience not to be missed Thank you .

The property is well maintained. Sea beach great. Rooms are really well maintained. Front desk, house keeping, maintenance staffs, security are all great. The problem is in the restaurants. We felt that the staff are really very less and too many trainees. So we missed the "Taj experience". Some staff worth mentioning Vishal, Sakshi, Sattya, Devi and others and special mention for all house keeping staffs and maintenance staffs. Food is really great, once you manage to get it. View from room is great.
