Called in for a lunchtime drink on 29/9/21 my first thought was the bar closed ? 1.00 in the afternoon??? Anyway we sat down 1 pint of bitter and 1 pint of lager and a bag of crisps = £9.20 😳 now I expect to pay a bit extra on the coast but that’s expensive compared with our visit same time last year, then it dawned on us that that’s why it was empty

Came here for tea three times during our week stay, food was amazing every single time everything is definitely fresh! Better price than other eaters! We’ve eaten at quite a few places but this is our overall best to have visited.

We booked here very last minute for one night stay. The room looked exactly like the photos so no complaints there. Spotlessly clean. Good powerful shower. Bar areas really nice and spacious. Was pleased to have free parking both days too. I would definitely use this hotel again for a night or two. The only downfall for me is I am a light sleeper so I could hear other guests coming back to there rooms but my boyfriend didn't but what do you expect in Ingoldmells and above a pub and this isn't the hotels fault more people having respect on other guests. I would recommend.

Well , we arrived and the room did not look like the picture. You couldnt swing a cat in the bathroom, the cushion had a mysterious white stain on it, the tv had about 6 inches of dust on it causing my asthma to rocket through the roof. Reception was closed on our day of leaving meaning we missed the train as we could not get our cases in time, the lamps didnt work and it was a bit stinky. Furious was an understatement. My other friends room on the other hand was lovely. I was very disappointed and it is a good job it was only for one night 😡

A few of us stayed here and on arrival rooms looked ok but my neices room was dirty, cobwebs, unwashed floors etc.She complained on a couple of occasions but the cobwebs were just swept onto the floor. Our room behind the bed was filthy with chips, crisps, muck and dust. The beds are also ridiculously too low.Stayed here twice now but dont think i would return.
