We stayed 3 nights in a family room, this means in a duplex with 2 rooms. The room on top has also a old style bath tube.... Lovely room in a rustic style. The view was to the lake. Amazing and impressive. The house offers also nice outside areas apart from the private room balcony. Indeed a beautiful construction. The rooms are simple but pleasant and also very quiet due to its location. The breakfast had less diversity but the offered breakfast has a good quality. I may undestand this due to the low season period. The personal is very pleasant. There are private parking facilities in the hotel and driving to Limone centre is just 2 minutes away and there, there are good parking facilities. A minus point was an heater that started working during the night altough it was in the off position. No major problem but it requests a maintenance review to it. Our seven years old daughter enjoyed much the stay as much as we did. I can only recommend a stay here if staying around the beautiful Garda lake.

I certainly cannot blame the hotel for the pouring rain which prevented me from enjoy the view the swimming pool and the garden which make 80 % of the hotel. Room is very very spacious with a small TV (but who cares I never watch telly anyway) as a comfortable bed. The bathroom also moder and comfortable with a nice jacuzi for you. The breakfast reach and complete served by a very polite lady. At the reception a nice loca lad very helpful. Cat complain. Price very good. Location well you do need to have a car to go the city center.

A little rough around the edges (air con definitely needed servicing - it worked well but sounded like it may explode, loose fixings). However, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, really clean throughout. Has beautiful garden/pool and loungers with a bar all day that serves a great range of food and drink. The hotel is small enough that it isn’t busy or loud - perfect for us to chill and walking distance to all the local amenities.

A lovely quaint hotel with a quiet atmosphere, ideal for couples. My wife and I spent 3 nights there and spent 2 days relaxing by the pool. All very clean, nice breakfast and really friendly staff. The hotel is out of the way of the main tourist hotels but close enough to walk down to the town centre for drinks, food and the lake front in 10 minutes. We had a pool level room, it was nice and spacious but our only negative was the bed, it was quite hard and uncomfortable, aside from that we would definitely go back.

We stayed here for two nights in September. A lovely hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast. We had a great view and the balcony was delightful. Please note however, the location given on Expedia is not accurate, the hotel is slightly further up the hill round the corner from where it is shown. This is not a problem but will help you to find it.
