The hotel is dated though it offers very good and value-for-money services (jacuzzis, steam room and beautician). Breakfast is good but mostly addressed to an international clientele (poor choice of pastries). Rooms are dated as well and there’s no bidet, which I find really unusual in an Italian hotel. All in all my experience was positive especially because of the staff, very nice, helpful and prepared to answer our questions about surroundings (restaurants, activities, places to see, etc)

We booked the room with the view on the mountains, and we were excited to stay here, but really disappointed in the end. Even though we informed the front desk in advance that this was our honeymoon, we were still given the worse room in the hotel. We didn’t mind the old furniture or that the room looked a little bit rundown, but the view?! There was no view. Our room was located on the ground floor right on the extremely busy and noisy road. We went to front desk immediately and ask for a room with a mountain view we paid for… We were told that the hotel is full and they are not able to change our room. The staff was extremely unhelpful and didn’t even check the reservations in their computer. So during our whole stay we couldn’t open window nor draw the curtains, because the road was really busy. Every morning of our vacation, we were woken up by the noise of cars and motorcycles at 6 A.M. The experience did not meet the standard of a three star hotel.

Dear EVAHE_91_ Thank you for your opinion. We really regret that your stay was not entirely positive. As for your accommodation, we would like to inform you that we have three different types of rooms: Standard (with mountain view, which is the back side view), Classic and Superior (with lake view). Due to the location of the hotel, as you can easily verify on google map, the mountain view is the view on the mountain slope behind the hotel, which is crossed by a road, quiet and absolutely not congested, lined with some lovely villas and properties surrounded by gardens and greenery. To enjoy stunning mountain views, we suggests to chose other locations on higher altitudes, rather than Limone. Dolomites are not so far away from Lake Garda and are really amazing. Anyway thanks for your visit. We hope we have clarified our position. Best regards

I and my husband stayed 4 nights in this lovely hotel in September. We were warmly welcomed and the hotel staff was really friendly and helpful during our entire stay there, all the time they helped us in our requests and gave us good tips for spending our time. Although the hotel's furnitures and the carpets are a little bit dated but it didn't influenced our good experience, it was very suitable for us. The room itself was spacious as well as the bathroom and from the balcony we had a gorgeous view to the pool and the lake. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre so we could get into the town easily but in the nighttime we could relax far from the noise. Breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a 4 night trip. The views are stunning. Nice pool, loungets for those that want to relax. The hotel is a little dated, not enough plug sockets and you need an Italian adapter . But the room was perfectly adequate with good shower. Cleaning every day by friendly staff. In fact all the staff friendly helpful and fun. Nothing too much trouble. Food was excellent, buffet breakfast and pre-chosen evening meal, hot, good quality and definitely sufficient. Boat trips to Malcesine, cable car to Monte Baldo, forget the queues, its worth it. Bardoleno by boat, stunning. Day trip to Verona, 1.5 hours by car, definitely worth it. Overall we loved it here with a 15 minute walk to the port area with shops cafes, tiny pedestrian streets to explore, and beautiful houses and shops and cafes by the water. We would definitely come back but for longer. Thank for a lovely stay.
