There is nothing to add, just satisfaction :-). Everything was perfect, we really liked the possibility of regular transfers to nearby Limone, it's a pity that we were only here for a few nights. We will be happy to return with friends again. Pavla

This Hotel was an absolut disgrace in all ways. It started when we checked in, we where presented with 2 horrible rooms facing the back of the hotel. One room it was raining through the feeling in the toilet, the other one the Toilet was running constantly. Both rooms where very Old and shabby with furniture from the 1960es. Finally after complaining a lot we had 2 better rooms but still with old beds and Furniture., but still better then the first ones. At the Swimmingpool there was so much noise that we could hardly stay there. The music was so loud that we could not get a moment to rest. There was a crew of 4 Italien hired by the hotel that was shouting in a microphone from early morning till late evening with a Boom Boom box playing hip hop Music and a staff trying to sing along. If you need a hotel to relax, then this is not a good place to stay. 90 percent of the hotel guests was over 40 with small kids. Regarding the All inclusive kitchen was also very bad, don’t expect high quality food, it’s mainly salad. The warm food is quite shabby. Think twice to book this hotel if you want a holiday in quiet surroundings where you can relax.

Room Tip: Try to avoid this hotel, there are much nicer hotels around lake Garda.

The common areas of the hotel were nice, but the rooms were old and dingy and had a smell. We went as a group and we had 7 rooms. The AC wasn't on in the any of the rooms so it was fairly warm and not very comfortable. The food was OK, nothing excited or particularly great, but not terrible. The staff was very friendly. I'm not exactly sure how this rated a 4 star.

We liked everything - maybe because of COVID precautions the hotel was half - full, everything was nice and perfect! Nice place, tasty food, quality drinks, great view. Was enough of sunbeds at the pool and next to the lake. Shuttle buses to Limeone Sul Garda - every 30 mins, for free. Friendly staff.

They've just opened after Covid-19 and are doing an OK job with spacing and cleaning etc, however, they're not really open, the buffet for all inclusive has only 1 or 2 options for pasta and meat, a salad bar and 1 dessert, dinner stops at 20:30 which is laughable in Italy where most don't even think of going to a restaurant until then, this hotel is mainly for Germans, the spa is closed, the indoor pool is closed and the a la carte restaurant is closed, this would be fine if that was all even stated somewhere on their website and I booked it anyway but it wasn't, there's an ant problems here as well. It was a fairly good deal for 3 nights all inclusive (BTW sparkling white is not included which again is unheard of in Italy) but if I'd paid full price I'd be really vexed right now. The day we left for dinner and breakfast the queue to get in the dining room was out the door of the hotel, an hours wait, we just checked out and paid for breakfast elsewhere. Too many people, not enough facilities for everyone.
