The dream of a perfect holiday comes to life on the shores of Lake Garda, in a hotel that brings an experience of absolute well-being for body and soul to life. Our exclusive 5-star hotel Eala on Lake Garda is inspired and owes its name to the wonderful creature that has always lived on the shores of the lake: the swan, an elegant animal with innate grace, to which many symbolic meanings have been attributed over time. Our hotel on Lake Garda wants to offer its guests a holiday to rediscover your own inner beauty, your lakeside dream. In the 1.500 m2 spa, in the elegant suites and in the quietness of the park and the private beach, you will find the tranquility of your six senses.

Absolutely beautiful. Loved every minute in this hotel . The staff is extremely friendly and very well trained . We were pampered by everyone. We were given a lovely cake and champagne in our room , as a gift for our anniversary. From the ladies at the front desk to the kind young lady at the spa as well as the pool staff , not to mention the wonderful waiters in the restaurant who were highly professional. Thank you EALA and staff We will Definitely go back ! Thank you for

Wow wow wow! We have just left and are planning when we can go back. This hotel is spectacular, from the moment you enter at reception you are greeted with a calming aroma and friendly well dressed staff, and a back drop view that is breath taking. First we were greeted with a welcome drink, enjoyed on the terrace, soaking up the views. The rooms are immaculate with no expense spared. Then on to the pool and Spa this hotel continues to deliver. The Spa is like no other, throughout the hotel there are little gems of spots were you can hide away and relax. As for the food, breakfast, the grill, dinner are all five star standard. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This place is the ultimate retreat and I look forward to returning. It has charm, luxury mixed with Italian tradition ❤️

Overall score: 8.5 USP: Manicured terraced gardens with nooks and cranny’s to hide away and read Upside: The showstopper was entering the room. Electric curtains opening timed with the door revealing a breath-taking lakeside vista. Impressively proportioned Patagonia marble clad bathroom. Opposite the The TV spun round to become a mirror if looking at yourself in bed is more appealing than CNN. Downside: No water in arrival, in the gym or at turndown. For a 30 degree lakeside spot I was calling regularly for water. This is a basic requirement other hotels nearby offer complimentary. Staff were young and professional and left me with the impression they wanted to do a good job and truly cared about the guest experience. The GM should lighten up. He was unfriendly, but took my feedback on the chin, instantly actioning my request for water to be supplied in the gym. I didn't care if it was bottled or not but for 750 euro a night you would expect this. The staff might want to rephrase how they offer turndown and stop saying "would you like anything" and start pro-actively offering the turndown service, its small things that make a hotel stand out for a regular traveller. Range of places to eat from a lakeside grill to a more gourmet offering- all delightful with attentive service. Both in the restaurant and as room service. The bathroom jacuzzi and room terrace were impressive and the secluded lakeside beds were perfect to lounge in the sun on. The gym needs to have some free weights. When pressured to find a luxury transfer at a better price the concierge pull through with an option a 3rd of the original price. The infinity pool deck was ok but what was really beautiful were the large spaced out sun-beds down on the lakeside.
