B&B seems the wrong description, but it's not really a hotel, in that there is no reception as such, just a till in the restaurant area. The apartments are just next door, tucked around the corner on a quiet alley. Our view was over the lake. Arriving was easy, we had a car, so we were told to go to the main parking area in town, we were told not to park, but check in at the info centre. The outdoor parking was full, and the policeman was guiding everyone into the multi-storey, but we stopped and told him we needed to check in. He knew about this, I assume other hotels, accommodations do this as well. He told us to pull over and check in quickly. It took just a few seconds and we were told to enter the multi storey using a card with a bar code, and we were followed in by an electric cart. He then took us to the apartment, we were met by a lady, who was expecting us. All very smooth and well organized. We used the same card to leave the car park at the end, so we didn't need to pay. The apartment was huge, 2 bedrooms, but our sons was a living room/bedroom with a sofa bed. It was big though and comfortable. He is 19 and 6ft and had no issues. Both rooms had lovely views of the lake. There is AC but nights were warm due to having duvets but no sheet. The second night we removed the duvets and just used the cover, much better! We had an excellent modern bathroom, and small functional kitchen. There was a dishwasher with pods supplied but oddly nothing at all to wash dishes by hand. There was a safe in one room Its very understated and elegant but modern. Breakfast was included. It is a wonderful breakfast, served by a lovely lady but... There was no explanation what was happening. The first day, we were tight for time as we had a ferry in mind and had booked to go up Mount Baldo. We had to wait a time for orange juice, then bread/croissants, then coffee. All served in slow procession. We thought we were done, when she asked how we wanted our eggs! We declined due to time, then she offered cheese and ham, then yogurt and cereals. Apparently it was all to come in a long drawn out breakfast. Very nice, if I had an hour or more but we didn't either day. The next day, we wised up, we asked for everything at once, it did arrive promptly, but she seemed taken aback. Again, time was our issue. The hotel has an early checkout (10am- ok as it also has an early check in 2pm) so we needed to pack and be off. Lastly, the restaurant at night is highly rated, number 1 in Limone. Our first night it was closed, so we tried to book for the next night at breakfast. It was already full. So maybe book, before arrival. Overall, a beautiful hotel, in a fantastic location.Highly recommend.

We stayed in the two-bedroomed rooftop apartment at L’Andrundel for four nights. It is the most beautiful place! You couldn’t imagine from the cobbled street entry what lies above! We wanted a place to stay with enough living space so we could spend time there as well as being able to bob into Limone easily (we had a two year old in tow!). We were right in the heart of Limone. The apartment is incredibly stylish and really well kitted out. We ate out on the terrace every day and loved the tranquility of the place. Now for the staff. Even more amazing!... Our second day in Limone was our wedding day.... just us and our little boy. The staff were so happy and helpful with us. We waited for an electric buggy to come and take us to the venue as the weather wasn’t so good... then Rodolfo the owner arrived - he had organised a ‘vintage ape’ (see photo!) in bright blue as a surprise! It was a-mazing! So thoughtful and kind! (And it matched my dress perfectly!) In the evening the staff served us the most delicious wedding supper on our terrace. The restaurant is below the hotel. It is no wonder this is the best place to eat on Trip Advisor! We were really spoilt and made to feel so very special. I have taken some photos of the place to show how fab it is... but you really need to see it to appreciate it properly. So, pleased we chose to stay there! Thanks again to Rodolfo and his team! We will be back!

If you want a week in Limone sul Garda, which incidentally is an absolutely beautiful place to visit, then this apartment is worth every penny. My 10 and 13 year boys have a wonderful time. We had the two bedroom top floor apartment. Cool, with effective air con, after the heat outside. Limited views from the balcony but large enough to seat a family and eat a meal outside under the shade. Wow what a stunning place to relax. Did not use the car once, just perfect. Clean, modern, refined, elegant... need I say more! Would love to return.

It was so wonderful to be here with my family. Every accommodation was so clean, new and even pretty. What a cosy place!!! The host and staffs are really kind, humorous and sweet all the time. We ate the fabulous breakfast here. We have traveled so many places in European countries. This was one of the bests. With fresh materials, home made and served by staff, not a buffet style. And we could enjoy the most beautiful seesighting of Lake from the room. If possible, we would like to stay here forever. Thank you so much ~~
