Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We enjoyed a long weekend in Chantilly, and decided to stay at the Hotel Le Chantilly, which was a fantastic decision. The rooms, on the ground floor, looking out onto the courtyard were modern and super comfortable. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and all of the staff were friendly and could not have been more helpful, suggesting great restaurants for us to visit. The location is perfect to explore the shops, visit the chateau and racecourse, and I would highly recommend it for visitors to this charming town.

Luckily it was dry as I had to go across the flat roof to get to my room. This is a family-run friendly hotel with a few quirks like that. Make sure you book a parking space in the courtyard if you come by car (though I had a few issues getting in and out). The breakfast is plentiful and the staff always ready to recommend restaurants and activities. Very good-value.

We visited Hotel Le Chantilly for 3 nights from Vancouver, Canada. My husband got sick and owners and staff Madliger, Christophe, Catherine & Lucas could not have been more caring, accomodating and helpful. Their empathy and willingness to go over and above the call of duty to ensure we had everything we needed made us feel like we were staying with family. We are still so grateful! The hotel iteself is absolutely adorable and so well decorated with wonderful breakfasts as well.

Thank you so much for your help at this stressful time!

The very best kind of boutique hotel with wonderfully designed and up to date rooms in a building of immense character. Extra comfy beds, a great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
I have been staying here most months since it opened with the exception of the Covid period. They keep updating little elements - like a nice room service food and drink offer. The smoked salmon is excellent.
This hotel has everything you need and want in a hotel, and it’s in the Centre of Chantilly. Look no further!

Recently renovated this small but very modern hotel is ideally located in Chantilly. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Rooms ultra clean, especially important in these Covid times and private gated parking on request. Would definitely use again when going back to Chantilly for the horse racing. On the pricier side for a 3 star but a lovely hotel.

This is a really charming hotel in the centre of the town, with a great view over the market square. The staff were really friendly and the rooms are well appointed. The property is modern, welcoming and a great place to stay if you’re passing through the town.

Stayed here for 3 nights beautiful hotel. Location perfect. Hosts were super. Breakfast beautiful and window looking out onto the square just made it. Rooms lovely and clean. Bed large and extremely comfortable. Great value and one of the sweetest hotels we have stayed in. Train station 10 minutes walk from hotel. 25 minutes to Gard Du Nord Paris. Ideal

Sympathetically converted from the former post office, it is situated in the centre of pretty Chantilly. We had a "cosy" room which was big enough for a 3 night stay. You'll need a full day at the Domaine de Chantilly and you'll need most of a second day to visit Senlis, most conveniently reached on the no.15 bus for the princely sum of 3 euros.
The outer rooms face onto the busy main road on which there is traffic throughout the night. The windows are very well glazed, so if you can sleep with them shut or if you find that the aircon works for you then you'll be OK. But I had only one satisfactory night's sleep. Ask for a quiet room at the back.
There is a breakfast room, but no restaurant.
There is no doubting this hotel's charms, but at 188euros a night for two including breakfast it seems a little expensive.

This small hotel is in a great location. The staff is very helpful. It is about a 20 minute walk from the entrance to the chateau. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room itself was nice- comfy bed, a/c, WiFi, and good bathroom. The only negative was that the shower head was handheld only- I needed an extra hand. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

My husband and I travelled to Chantilly in September and stayed at Hotel Le Chantilly as it was close to the Domaine de Chantilly. The Hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walk to Restaurants, Shops and an easy walk to the Domaine. The Owner, Christophe, was warm and welcoming (even though we arrived very early). We were offered breakfast and coffee. We felt very welcomed. Our room was huge, newly renovated with a great bathroom. Christophe organised a car to talk us to Senlis (a medieval village a short drive from Chantilly). I would not hesitate to recommend staying at Hotel Le Chantilly.
