First of all, there was not reception with personal working there and nobody told me this before arriving. I was waiting for 4 hours in the lobby without any information until they sent me the code to access into the apartment. The microwave doesn’t work and there wasn’t instructions. If you put a dishwasher at least you should leave some dishwasher tablets to use it and some soap and scouring pad if we don’t want to use the dishwasher. There wasn’t kitchen paper. Just due to the characteristics of the accommodation, all these things that I have mentioned should be provided for the client's meals. It's something basic like toilet paper. I work in some apartments (4stars) in Barcelona and we provide everything, oil, sugar, salt, kitchen paper… You deserve to have the stars you have if you do not think about the client's comforts.

We stayed here for two nights and could not wait to leave. We arrived around 11 am and learned they did not have a front desk or reception. The entire check in process is done online. We waiting until 3 and were able to check in and get into our room. Once inside the room it was very hot and muggy. The A/C in the room did not work properly and the fan kept recirculating the hot air. The shower in the room did not maintain steady temperature. It kept changing from Hot to cold then back to hot and cold, no in between. The bathroom door did not function properly and once it was closed it would not open. The sink made a huge mess once the water was turned on. The electrical outlets only worked once the lights were on so when you plugged your phone in you charge at night you had to keep a light on. The only good thing this hotel had was a train station and grocery store near by. Overall I do not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times already and are happy to come here before or after a flight from Zurich Flughafen. This time we stayed for 3 nights. Senior Top Floor Apartment with a view of Glattbrugg and Zurich Kloten Airport. Magnificent, with attention to detail and very functional. Bright with 4 large windows, comfortable bed, sitting area and spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The soundproofing is perfect... you can't hear anything from the corridors or other rooms. Underground garage with also the possibility of charging the electric car Very interesting prices and therefore I recommend it. A special thanks to Mateusz who followed us from the Front Office and responded promptly to our requests. Furthermore he gave us a magnificent apartment (645) exactly what I wanted. Beautiful apartments opposite Glattbrugg Station. Convenient if you have a flight from Zurich Flughafen as they are 5 minutes by train from there. We stayed in a Junior 1 Bedroom and found it fantastic. Very spacious with bedroom and small living room. 3 large windows made it very bright. Nice bathroom with walk in shower and kitchenette with microwave. Excellent cleanliness of the apartment and two bathrobes available. For those who wish there is the possibility of having dinner or breakfast on the top floor. The contact via email with the Host was also good (we canceled a second booking and within 24 hours the money was credited back to us) Great and fast service...thank you. Good prices considering that you are on the outskirts of Zurich. We will definitely be back. Advised.

As said in other reviews, if you encounter any problems or difficulties, even very minor ones that could be easily resolved, even without reception, well don’t count on them. To put in context, I stayed for an entire month and once, on cleaning day when I came back to my room, the fridge was completely empty, some of my belongings were gone (shampoo, cotton pads, napkins, kitchen condiments, bottle of water, etc…), and almost all of my other belongings were not where I'd left them. So the only possible explanation is that initially the cleaning made a mistake and for some reason thought I was checking out, so they began to throw things away, before realising that it was not the case. It’s been over than 3 weeks now that I’ve been calling them and sending them emails, and it’s just going round in circles and nothing is resolved…

Positive: It is close to easy access station to and from the airport and to the center, in 20 minutes. The bed is comfortable and the room well soundproofed. We went in September so the temperature wasn't a problem. Not so positive: Aparthotel totally impersonal, zero contact with staff in charge. There are no drink delivery machines let alone food and the prices of the 7th floor restaurant are as if they were downtown, although the staff is friendly. Things that are damaged in the rooms do not replace them and this affects the service, for example in the shower the shelves were non-existent for previous damage. There's a THREATENED fine of CHF 2,000 for generating steam or smoke that triggers the fire alarm, better get the microwave off. There are plates and some pot but without 1 single cutlery, so better to take them. It is a hotel for short stays. Check-out time, it's terrible, 10am.

AVOID AVOID AVOID if you can. Unless you are on a strict budget and don't mind poor customer service experience and below standard of hygiene. Location is outside the city centre but close to supermarkets and right near the train station for easy commute. THE ONLY POSITIVE
Room was not ready on time of check in. No reception desk to help except staff in the restaurant (who were very empathetic but unable to do more for you outside their role). Room was not clean with obvious marks on the table left not wiped and coffee stains on cutlery and a horrible smell.
Called and emailed to complain - was asked to provide photo evidence which I did, and on that evening offered a free cancellation. No adequate compensation or solution was given. Housekeeping not available until the next day, no other rooms to offer. How can I find a reasonable/affordable accomodation so last minute?
This hotel and their management team need to really reflect and think of their standard and service. Highly disappointed, would never recommend but warn everyone to AVOID.

VERY POOR SERVICE, WE HAVE BOOKED 2 ROOM FOR THE FAMILY, AND THEY GIVE BOTH ROOM ON DIFFERENT FLOOR. ONE IS ON GROUND FLOOR AND ONE IS ON SECOND FLOOR, EVEN AFTER REQUESTING SO MUCH THE DIDNT SOLVE OUR PROBLEM, WORST HOTEL IN THE ZURICH, DONT EVER GO.
