Well, this was a mixed experience. Great large rooms with nice balconies but rather cheap furniture and decor. Synthetic duvets rather than feather/downs or cotton. Nice kitchenette with Nespresso and a small cooking stove but no pans or other utensils - not even a knife or fork. Small desk area. Very clean everywhere. The building is in concrete so sound insulation between rooms is poor. The location is conveniently close to the airport, but directly under one of the start/landing paths for the airplanes, which is also a solid source of noise. So don't expect much quiet time here. Breakfast is ok but not exciting. Staff are attentive and energetic when present. Price was on par with the neighbouring hotels.

When I arrived at 3:30 p.m. and after checking in, I found the room uncleaned. The employee in charge immediately did everything to fix the problem and I was able to move into my room 30 minutes later.

Friendly well appointed small hotel. I arrived late with reception close but the late check in procedure was sent via WhatsApp before arrival and all went smoothly.
The rooms are small but pleasant but very warm, even in December.
My only small moan was the bed wasn’t “made”, it just had a single pillow and quilt folded on top. A very first world problem but something I’ve not experienced before in a hotel.
Breakfast was good and you had all you needed. Staff were friendly.

We were only staying one night on our way back to the U.S. but I wish we could have stayed longer. The room/bathroom was very clean. There was a coffee maker/coffee in the room for those who like a cup upon waking. There were throw blankets which came in handy when we sat out on the balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The price was on par with other hotels in the area (Zurich is an expensive city) Was there noise from planes? Sure, you're near an airport so you need to expect that. It was the same when we stayed at a chain hotel another time. I'd definitely come back to this hotel.

The room was small than booking reference and the sofa bed was missing, then, they want to charge extra payments by something booked and paid in advance. The service of breakfast was a poor and need to beg by everything you need. In the bathroom, the water was coming out of the shower, and bad smell by humidity was coming from the room wall.

I stayed in this hotel as the Hilton was fully booked and I needed to be nearby. I was very pleased with its cleanliness and by the warm welcome from the team. While the hotel seems to close during the day between 11-3 they allowed me to work in the restaurant and Robert is so attentive during breakfast and really looks after the guests. Great location and I was very happy with my accidental stay

Just a heads up for those staying in the summer, there is NO air conditioning at this hotel. I was kicking myself thinking I must have forgotten to check before booking, but no, it clearly advertises this online. They assured us the room would be cool with the black-out blinds, but it was not.
As a side note, I somehow managed to overlook this in the photos online, but the bathroom is a sliding glass door from the rest of the room. No noise barrier, very little privacy.
Otherwise, the room did look very clean and the staff were nice. It is a short taxi from the airport.

We booked before looking at the reviews and I wish I hadn't.
I had booked the penthouse suite for our family for 1 night. A few days before checking in I phoned approx 5 times, left emails etc confirming our booking. No answer. We finally got through after calling over and over. The host said everything was fine and the room was all booked for us.
Upon arrival, turns out our room was not available, no apologies just an excuse of there was a water leak. We were assigned 2 hotel rooms instead. Not a big deal, but annoying as we prefer to stay together.
After checking in we went down to 'the bar' a sad looking place, no lights on, no one around apart from a table of 4 rather intimidating men sitting around with the staff......hmmm
We decided to go to dinner up the road, came back to realize these men were in fact staying in the penthouse apartment we had booked. Nice on. To make matters even worse they screamed and yelled the entire night. This is no exaggeration. We were all pretty frightened to be honest and I am writing this to warm other travelers, particularly family's and solo women.
Honestly, avoid this place like the plague.

A cozy place to sleep, we stayed 1 night but it was enough to satisfied us and highly recommend it to others who wants to stay near The airport and easy way in to the city center. The receptionist Riza who is the guy that received us when we arrive and was also the one taking care of the breakfast buffet. Made the stay extra special with the smile and service he provided the guest. He’s valuable for the place. The location close to the tram and that’s all you need. Super friendly staff and so helpful. Brand new hotel and very clean. Close to airport, convenient store and restaurants. Quiet area with nice neighborhood.
For business or family is recommended. Full breakfast also have a bar. Need to visit to prove it by yourself.
