This small caravan park is next to the sea and well positioned for nearby shops and walks along the seafront. We have been here many times and always enjoy the clean and tidy way that this caravan park is presented. Although the facilities are fairly old they are always very clean and the staff are very pleasant and helpful at all times.

We stayed 7 nights here, using it as a base to visit family and go shopping. While the park can be noisy from the Esplanade traffic, there are few van parks where you can't here some road noise (it was no better or worse than the van park at Mt Isa). The amenities were good, and regularly cleaned. The staff gave us a site right near the disabled bathroom when we told them I have mobility issues. The only complaint I have about the disabled bathroom is the number of fit, able-bodied people who used the facility. This isn't a park management issue, of course, just the selfish and disrespectful behaviour of a few of the guests. There's a nice little fish and chip shop just outside the park, on the corner of the Esplanade. We liked the quick service and the quality of the food.

I have stayed at this park several times and have enjoyed my stays. Staff are very friendly and helpful with all booking enquiries etc.. The park is well maintained and the amenities are very clean. Great location and easy access to walks along the waterfront and different food venues. Certainly value for money. Highly recommend.

Stayed here before on site 53 and didn't have a problem with traffic noise somehow BUT let me assure you if you stay on sites 37-47 you are literally 6m away from a 4 lane VERY busy road. Booked 6 nights, wife broke down after 3 and we simply had to leave as it was horrible, no refund considered as I suspect this would happen often. BTW, we are in a Jayco Swan Outback so caravans may be different. Facilities clean, but apart from the bowls club and a good fish and chip shop very close by, there really is nothing else near here. I'd check Scarborough out next time, its quiet and had shops near it

This is a small campground quite nicely located in Morton Bay. It has a bus stop close by that can take you into Brisbane. Unfortunately the campground boundary is on a 4 lane busy street and it was so loud. Facilities were ok but the constant noise really unbearable for us.

A lovely smaller caravan park that has everything one needs . Smaller park with clean ammenities (both blocks) and friendly staff. In a great position across the road from the bay , good walking paths all along the bay & close to the Belvedere hotel & cafe near the pier. Would definitely stay here again.

Bells Caravan Park is a small park suitable for the travelling tourist in a superb location straight opposite Bells Beach. We stayed 2 weeks and being a council run park the rates are very reasonable. Amenities were kept clean and tidy by the site managers who were always very friendly. During our stay the council extended the park and added around 10 new concrete slabs or caravan pads to accommodate more travellers, also a new security fence was erected around the entire park, which now is fantastic, as it stops people entering from the main road, and over the past years, petty theft was a problem, but now all have to enter from security coded boom gate, making it very safe. Would stay here again when visiting Brisbane.

Bell's Caravan Park is across the road from Bell's Beach [Moreton Bay]....perfect for a stroll or exercise. Small park with well maintained grounds, spotless amenities / campers kitchen. Park suitable for campervans, motorhomes & caravans.....a council run park with reasonable rates. I enjoyed my 2 weeks stay......max stay is 6 weeks. An excellent fish / chip shop on opposite corner.....worth the visit for grilled salmon.....much cheaper than a restaurant.

staying at the caravan park, had a somewhat bad experience having a shower! Had a shower and as l walked out there was a man sitting on the sit inside the toilets. The manager was amazing, l can not fault the manger on how he handle this situatoin. The police were called and they too handled it fantasic as well! But word of warning this happen during the day so all l can say is this could happen to any caravan park! Woman we need to be very careful at all times of the day and night! This is a very clean caravan park and management again are very helpful just a shame this happened!
