Great hotel, crew very customer oriented, food excellent, top services. Meals system well thought, room cleanliness very good. Only small point to improve, long time before having hot water and air control not working well.

We needed a calm, clean hotel within a few minutes drive of Bordeaux city centre, but at an affordable price.
This hotel was everything we were looking for.
Free, easy parking right next to the reception, warm & quiet corridors & rooms in the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, nothing was too much trouble & they were always there, I never had to search around to find anyone. Nice dining room, Internet in reception for guests use & free wi-fi in the rooms. We had a second floor double room overlooking the river Garonne. There was no lift, but we were offered the services of a porter which we didn't need. The room was very comfortable, not huge, but cosy and clean. It smelled so fresh when we opened the door. The bed was 5'6" wide & really comfortable. There is a main road between the front of the hotel & the river, but because there are two sets of double glazed windows (both open if required) the room stays lovely & quiet. There is air conditioning & a wall heater, plasma tv with one English language news channel, but pay per view movies are available. Telephone, room service, no tea or coffee making facilities but we took a small kettle.
Shower was roomy & clean, hairdryer in en suite.
We wanted to be near the Place de la Victoire & it was only a few minutes away by car, two main roads & we were there. It was also really easy to acces the main drive along the river & the historic waterfront. We have paid more for much poorer hotels & this one was perfect for our needs. Unless you are looking for a boutique hotel or 5 star luxury, I would recommend this with no hesitation.

Stayed for one night recently while driving around the Bordeaux area. Nice that it had parking and was easy to find.
Rooms were nice and clean and staff were friendly.
The shame is the area, we stayed as close to a tram station so could leave the car at the hotel. Was in the afternoon that we walked to the station and already there were ladies hanging around the road the hotel was on. Another was sat at the bus stop and the floor was littered with condom wrappers.
When we came home in the evening, more ladies in the bus stops and one was leaning against the fence directly outside the hotel.
The hotel is really nice and I do feel for them that this is on their doorstep. Do not let it put you off just be aware, they are good value and clean.

My friend and I went to Bordeaux last week.
The hotel is absolutely value for money and staffs are friendly.
However, this is a bit far from city centre and they have nothing near by the hotel. Not even a restaurant. You will have to take a bus to St Jean Station then change another tram to the centre. It's about 30mins away and the bus is not frequent at the weekend. If you take the tram only, that would be a bit of walk. I wouldn't recommend if you are travelling with GIRLS ONLY.
There are a lot of prostitutes on the street near by. We saw them waiting at the bus stop every night and the business centre right next to the hotel.
when we came back late, we took taxi from St Jean station and it's about €15.
It's a nice hotel but it's a shame that I don't think it's an idea hotel if you are travelling with girls only. I would recommend you to try to stay near by the city centre.

Really good value overnight stay from England to Spain.
Very clean, helpful staff, had an exceptional dinner with a good bottle of wine, good breakfast selection, nice room with tea and coffee making, good bathroom and parking all for less than 150 Euros. We would definitely use it again.

Really good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent room and good restaurant. A strange location which is easy to find being set off a major road but quite a long walk to the nearest tram stop which takes about 10 mins into the city centre. When I say a long walk, it takes about 15 mins along a rough looking road but we experienced no problems with it. The big plus is that it keeps down the price for what is really a very good hotel with secure and ample parking on site.
One tip. If you intend to stay in Bordeaux to eat, try to book a restaurant since most place are packed out at night.

We stayed for 2 nights over a weekend, and found the hotel very clean, and the staff very very helpful. The hotel is just outside Bordeaux, but a short walk to the train station or take the nearby tram into the city centre- the tram system is cheap and effective.
The hotel says their restaurant is closed over the weekend, but there was a self-service buffet breakfast available - all fresh and perfectly acceptable with the usual coffee/breads/cereals/yoghurts/fruits/meats and cheeses. We needed to have a meal at an odd time on the Friday afternoon due to work commitments, and whilst the restaurant was indeed closed, there is a 'menu snacking' which provided a very acceptable 3 course meal and with a bottle of local wine.
We would recommend this hotel and would stay here again,

My wife and I used this hotel as a stop over en route north.
When we booked it we required a secure car park, which this hotel claimed to have.
On arrival we were told that the car park wasn't secure due to a faulty gate....great!
The lady on reception was quite helpful in changing our room to one overlooking the car park so that I could keep an eye on my car.
Room was OK, no complaints.
Breakfast was a continental buffet affair, not bad atall. GREAT fresh coffee! Fresh hot bread and fresh squeezed orange, enjoyed it.
Upon leaving we went to reception expecting to hand our room key in and leave when we were required to pay a city tax. We thought we'd payed everything up front. It wasn't much but it left us feeling cheated, not good business.
The rooms aren't very sound proof. We were kept awake by the occupants of the room next door who found it necessary to bang doors, drawers and anything else they could find at 0300, 0400 and 0500hrs!!!!
The hotel is not near anything!
It took us 45 minutes to walk to the nearest bar!
OK for an overnight stop.

The location of the hotel is really nice, all the area around is booming in Construction, you have sole night clubs at 5 min walk and the train station is at 15 min on foot...!
Rooms are big and confortable and the people at the reception are extremely nice and helpful

hotel quality is good, with helpful personnel. Rooms are modern, well designed and very convenient.
Only issue is the location, quick far from public transport. I suggest to guest to rent a car to ease access to the hotel.

There is a bus stop at appr 100m from the hotel with service to the main train station where you can change to other buses/trams to the city centre. Evening services are rather limited if I recall correctly.
This is really a hotel for someone who arrives with a car and who will then drive into the centre of Bordeaux (a short journey) by car or taxi. The surrounding area is mainly made up of car show-rooms so it is not a place for a pleasant walk. And it has to be said that a little way along the road there are call girls plying their trade from vans (which could actually improve security as there are people around). So this is really a good quality hotel for business people and tourists making a stopover in a car (the hotel has convenient parking) rather than tourists wanting to experience the elegance of central Bordeaux. We got the impression that it was a bit of a walk to the excellent Bordeaux tram system, but doable.
They were immaculate for our visit.
