Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The surface is suitable for a family of 4 and the kitchen and bathroom are functional. However some things still need to be improved: the carpet to change, the kitchen doors broken, the folding bed defective, the smell of sewers in the bathroom and finally we would have liked to have a shower head.
The pool area is nice but could be made more charming by adding some plants and decorations.
Breakfast is very good with good quality sweet and savoury products.
Overall we had a good stay, the Pension is quiet and the staff is nice.

The only plus might be the pool but the water is 22 degrees. No air conditioning in the building so it is very hot in August in the room, breakfast at 12€ which is not worth the Award. Condition of rooms in general is fine except the window that threatens to fall

Liked · very nice modern rooms and bathroom. (the nicest rooms on our RGA motorcycle trip)
We were a group of motorcyclists and they have several garages where the motorcycles are safely locked until the exit where you leave the hotel.
Some of the staff spoke German.
The breakfast was sufficient and delicious.
It is only a few minutes' walk to the center for dinner.

Didn't like · The hotel bar closes at 10 p.m.

The Worst Pension Night in 50 Years of Trips! Booked for a couple night 2 days before we were treated to the "last available room" of this 3-star Pension without telling us that it was equipped (way of speaking) for 1 disabled person, but that it was quiet. Located at the end of a corridor, almost total darkness, because the window overlooks an embankment, shabby decoration, bed in 140 for 2 people, broken foot ice, exposed flexible water pipes , offset TV, raised toilet bowl... All for 92 euros paid on arrival which prevented us from leaving the place! To flee and poor handicapped!

Change of management, the hotel is getting an unparalleled beauty!!! Attentive staff, redone decor, full breakfast, additional activity offer heated indoor swimming pool with terrace offering a sure view of the superb mountain, in short an unforgettable weekend. We will return there this summer. There are still things to do, but the team is working well.

Very disappointed by the receptionist who on the phone told us that there were shuttles to reach the chairlifts, she just "forgot" to say that on Sunday the first shuttle is at 10:15 a.m. and the last in the evening at 4 p.m.!
Very dirty refectory, no choice of fruit just half-rotten apples. Very noisy hotel from 6:30 a.m.: it feels like a barracks:( not to mention the horrible smell in the small bathroom, to avoid.

Terrible.
No air conditioning! The afternoon room becomes an oven and remains so at night. Not a fan (which we then obtained by demonstrating) but in short it is not an air conditioner!
In the hotel no one speaks Italian... but we are a stone's throw from the border... I find it really inconceivable... it is convenient so evidently! In the various restaurants in the area everyone strives to speak Italian! Some even have menus in different languages...
The pool in the morning is not available. Yet it should be open... but not because they clean it and if it goes well they reopen it at 12 or so....
The room has a veranda balcony overlooking the concrete wrought of a parking lot ....

Hotel extremely well located in Briançon.
My room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable. Buffet breakfast with choice and a good range of times. A heated indoor swimming pool with a beautiful panorama of the Alps, access to the sauna and hammam is free. Billiards in the bar/snack area with local specialties, no need to leave the hotel to eat. The staff is smiling and available, and Ouadi, the director of the establishment, welcomes us as if we were prestigious guests, thanks again to him for all his good addresses and ideas for outings. I highly recommend this establishment!

Response from MORGANE SALICHON, Directeur général at Suite Home Briançon Serre Chevalier
Responded 15 Mar 2020
Dear Madam, I am sorry that despite our many discussions during your stay, you still disappointed. The Suite-Home is a 3* hotel, family hotel during the holidays, and the parents are in charge of their children at the swimming-pool and I'm so sorry that I had to close it for one evening only. I hope you appreciated to be alone at the swimming-pool the next morning, opened one hour before specially for you. Our hotel is constantly being renovated and a lot of work will be done this year. I hope during this time, you are good and safecare at home. With my best regards.

Nice new bathroom but stained shower cubicle and strong smell of sewage! Carpet from the late 70s and badly stained aircon and heater controls don’t work, confirmed by staff with a shrug. Place appears empty, not bad value and good location. You have to drive through a supermarket car park to access which
is odd

Better hotels out there. Avoid

Ho letto che l’hotel è completamente accessibile alle carrozzine, lo potete confermare? Grazie
