The best way to describe this hotel is that it is modern, clean, about the standard of a Travel Inn in the UK but just too small for the number of guests. Rooms small, bathroom is good but separate toilet is much too small. One good feature is that the bed was large and comfy. Bar area is virtually non existent (few chairs around the reception). Restaurant is too small and at busy times you may have to wait for a table, but the food is Ok, esp the starters/salad and deserts (but allow 5/10 minutes on a morning to queue for coffee/tea as the machines are dreadfully slow). One very good feature is that if you are not going to be in for lunch then you can make a 'pack-out' to take with you - they even provide containers to put it in. Wine for dinner is on tap and is OK.
The so called spa area is too small, the pool is about 12ft X 20ft and the small sauna has to be booked well in advance (and that is the extent of the spa!).
If you like coffee/tea in your room then take your own and your own kettle as the 'thing' in the room is virtually useless. There is a fridge in the room which is good, esp for keeping milk as milk is not a feature in their tea/coffee making facilities.

Hotel is a 5 min walk to gondola and it is well worth leaving your ski kit at a shop by gondola for 2 euros a day. The ski storage in the hotel is Ok - a separate room on each floor for this.

The first impressions of the town is that there is not much to see but if you explore up the hill you will find an amazing historic old town.

A regular bus (about every 15 mins) runs along the valley linking all of the ski areas (2 euros per trip or 3 euro for a day pass). It can be caught across the road from the gondola.

Rooms small for two people, bathroom is good but separate toilet is too small. Food was very good, a buffet style but always plenty of choice and frequently replenished. Bar is in the front lobby so not conducive to a relaxed evening, service was excellent. Bar extension room furniture was shuffled at 02:00 hours each morning which wakes you so stay off the first floor. Criticism was that we asked for bathrobes to use in the spa, none arrived in the room. We requested assistance with the room safe but none arrived. 10 min walk to gondola, leave your ski kit at a shop by gondola for 2 euros a day much easier.

We booked a week skiing in Serre Chevalier with accommodation at the Le Parc et Spa Hotel on a halfboard basis.
The hotel offers buffet meals for breakfast and dinner plus unlimited drinks in the evening and also afternoon refreshments each day at 4 pm. The breakfast included facilities for residents to take a packed lunch with them on the slopes. Our experience of the food offering was generally good although the combination of cold plates and not very hot food sometimes resulted in disappointment.
Our room was small but comfortable. Storage was limited however. Facilities for storing skis and boots were excellent.
Mention has to be made of the hotel staff who were exceptional. The acting manager Itziera was a real star and I have nothing but praise for the employees working for her. All were extremely friendly and helpful.

Sometimes the service culture in France can be found a bit wanting (in my humble opinion), but at the Parc this notion was turned on its head. Never before have i found a more friendly bunch of staff, happy to try and break through my stuttering french to help me and my family. I even had a chat with the chef who produced an amazing variety of food to keep my family (including a couple of fussy eaters) more than happy. From the restaurant maitre-de to the bar staff to the receptionists - all were helpful, extremely friendly and made our stay amazing, which can make or break a holiday! Well done!

Read most of the reviews before we arrived and to be fair some reviews are correct with regards to the hotel rooms. Very hot and small. The one thing that creates a negative is the fact that the room had not undergone a deep clean before we accommodated it, and in the world we live in now there is no excuse for that. The level of dust on the wardrobes was very disturbing. We stored our luggage up there as directed and when we took down the luggage bags they were covered in dust from where they had sat. So that is the negative done.

We found the staff very friendly and helpful all week so I suppose if you give them respect they will return the favour.
Cannot fault the food, great and different choice every night.

We stayed as a family in two rooms full board. The staff are extremely friendly and professional. The rooms are very well appointed and clean and the hotel itself is in an excellent location. The food was beautiful and full board basis was fantastic; the hotel provided boxes, paper bags and cutlery to take lunch away from the morning breakfast selection which included cakes, salad and cold meats. The swimming pool although small was a bonus after a days skiing. Overall this hotel is fantastic and I would highly recommend

One star hotel at best. I travel around the world for work and this was hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. No air conditioning. It was 27 degrees in the room. WiFi didn’t work. Refrigerator does not work. Beds are extremely small. Check-in process can’t handle a credit card. Rooms are the smallest I have ever seen. No phone in room. When you call reception with your cellphone, they don’t answer. They have have surely bought reviews. This hotel is a disaster.

I will get the negative out of the way.. 99% of staff were excellent however on checking in the person at the desk needs customer care course very rude the stairwell area and corridor need updating notice in room that they had inventory done on all items in the room seriously! The towels need replacing they were horrendous hard and grubby.. Positive- for family great value for money as much food as u like almost all day they have a packed lunch facility... they have ski storage on every floor .. it's not very secure but not a bad idea.. two ladies who were in and out of reception very professional and friendly.. one man on reception didn't get his name but again couldn't fault him very helpful.. bad start with check in but as the week went on it improved! Manager approached us at one stage to see if we were happy with the hotel(mid week) we said it was ok didn't have the heart to say that 4* bit of a joke 3* at best!

Nice hotel for what it is. But don't buy the breakfast, go somewhere else.

We have been here several times and hoped each time the breakfast would be better next time - but it is just deteriorating.

Kold meat in the hot dishess. Scrambled eggs made from premix that has stood so long at the buffet that there is a yellow hard crust on top,

And the coffee is thin.

Don't waste money on the breakfast at the hotel.
