Nous sommes extrêmement déçu par La Guisane 2. Apparemment très décevant pour le prix. Hébergement tres mal entretenu. Mobilier très vieux et de très mauvaise qualité. Literies ignobles. Nous avons réservé un appartement de six personnes, nous sommes arrivés à cinq et nous étions vraiment à l'étroit. Sous prétexte qu'il y avait 6 places pour dormir on nous a venu cet endroit pour six. Croyez moi normalement ça devrait être un appartement pour trois personnes. Bref heureusement que la neige et le soleil ont été au rendez-vous.

Résidence bien située au pied du télé cabine, nous n'avons pas eu de chance car l'appartement loué ( 412 ) était d'une saleté repoussante et d'un autre âge ( Plaque de cuisson électrique des années 70 qui faisaient tout sauter lorsqu'on les allumait, télé 36 cm tube cathodique, équipement très bas de gamme )

Cela fait 10 ans (depuis 2009 !) que nous nous rendons chaque année en été à Briançon dans le gîte de la Guisane. Nous sommes en général une bonne quinzaine, parfois un peu plus, et nous avons toujours été ravis d'y séjourner.
Laurent, le propriétaire, est très sympa et se plie en quatre pour le bonheur de ses locataires. Il connait très bien le coin et nous conseille sur les activités. La location est très bien située, à 5 minutes à pied du centre ville.
Concernant le gîte lui-même : toutes les chambres possèdent un point d'eau, ce qui est pratique vu la taille de la maison. 4 WC sont à disposition. La cuisine est bien équipée, le frigo est grand et très fonctionnel (et à l'ancienne, ce qui lui confère un certain charme). La salle à manger possède une immense table, parfait pour une raclette tous ensemble ;)
À l'extérieur, il y a un grand jardin arboré et la Guisane coule quelques mètres plus bas. C'est très joli.
Nous y retournons chaque année et nous ne sommes jamais déçus !
