Martin has been a wonderful host! The best breakfast we've had on our whole Ireland trip, the rooms very super cosy. He made sure we were comfortable, recommended us some good places and even rang the Cliffs reception, when we were not sure if it was too foggy. Would definitely

We were there 2 nights and absolutely loved it. The room is huge and bed very comfortable. Bathroom is big and spacious too. The breakfast is continental but great and very filling. Martin the owner was very friendly and helpful. We found everything we needed. Highly recommend

My wife and I stayed in the ground level room, which was spacious, with a big bathroom, albeit with no view from this room. Nevertheless, the sites at the cliffs, just around the corner (start walking from the corner of the Sea View House) were astonishingly dramatic. Everything

This place really could be / should be a 5 star, I only rated 4 because the location is just a touch too far out of town. Our family walked it twice, about 20 minutes, a mile and a quarter. The location isn't ideal if you want to drink in the pubs, but it is a fantastic setting.

Hi, are there any pets on the property, and if so, what type of pets?
I do not remember if pets were allowed. I didn't see any guests with pets, but I did not see a sign saying "no pets" either, so unfortunately I am not sure.

Hello Kara, We are 2.2km from the beginning of Doolin village. The village itself is approx 2 kms long. However there are no footpaths down to the village so it is walkable but I don't recommend it at night. I hope this helps! Patricia.

Hi, Thanks for your inquiry. We are 2 kms from the start of Doolin village (McDermott's pub). The distance is fine but the road is not great for walking by night as there is no footpath or lighting! There is a local taxi that runs during the summer which we could call for you. Hope this helps! Best wishes, Patricia

Again, contact the owners. It is an under serviced area but they are a larger family and I suspect they could make arrangements for you with a local.
