We stayed here one night, in a camper, noticing the sign on the road. The owner gave us gate code via phone and we entered independently. The place is really nice, you breathe peace and relaxation. My boys immediately took a bath in the beautiful pool, which was all for us. clean and well maintained showers. Prezzo onestissimo!!!! Too bad we only stayed one night. Bellissimo casolare ristrutturato immerso negli ulivi. Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella camera Aristeo, con bagno privato esterno distante solo qualche scalino, una sola notte, ma che ci ha permesso di apprezzarne la posizione tranquilla, ma vicinissima alla splendida Rocca Calascio e anche a tanti altri luoghi di interesse ai piedi del Gran Sasso. I ragazzi che lo gestiscono sono simpatici e disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato!

Siano appena tornati dal capodanno trascorso in questo posto stupendo. Per tre giorni abbiamo vissuto un sogno, sembrava di tornare indietro nel tempo. Dimenticati i cellulare si rimane stupiti dal silenzio e la pace del casale e di ciò che lo circonda. Un cielo stellato e distesa di ulivi immensa che fanno da contorno allo splendido casolare dove non manca davvero nulla. È stata un'esperienza meravigliosa e da ripetere. Ho soggiornato ieri per la prima volta in questa struttura, prenotando il monolocale. La struttura è un vecchio casale completamente ristrutturato, in modo funzionale, nel rispetto dell'ambiente e della natura, utilizzando materiali ecologici e di recupero. Grandissimo spazio esterno, costruito su vari livelli, completo di tutti i confort. Esteso uliveto all'ingresso della tenuta. L'appartamento è pulito funzionale e completo di tutto. I Proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili. Consiglio a tutti un soggiorno in questo piccolo paradiso, in piena campagna, lontano dal caos.
