I was recently in Prishtina for a short period of time (less than 1 day) and had the pleasure to spend the night at the Four Points hotel.
The hotel itself is about 10 km south of the city center (a short drive on the weekend, but traffic during the week makes it closer to a 20-25 minute drive) in a very new and affluent mixed. residential and commercial area. The hotel, like the rest of the buildings in the area, is quite new and being maintained extremely well. The common areas (lobby, bar area, etc.) are in pristine condition and the rooms are probably slightly above of the Four Points standard.
Unfortunately, Corona Virus restrictions dictated that the gym, spa, and pool need to be closed. Thankfully, I was taken on a personal "tour" of these areas and...wow. The gym is a smaller version of a commercial gym one would find in the United States or Western Europe with a multitude of new and diverse equipment (yes, the dumbbells get HEAVY for those who need to know and there is a squat rack!) The pool and spa areas are more akin to something in a resort hotel (as opposed to mid-tier hotel brand) with impeccable locker room and beverage facilities to accentuate these areas. If you are traveling to the area and Corona restrictions are (ever) lifted, be sure to save yourself some time to enjoy these amenities! I did not get a chance to check out the meeting areas, but there are a few smaller rooms and a larger reception hall on site.
As nice as the hotel is, I have to mention the general competency and affable nature of the hotel staff members. They assisted me before my trip (in making calls and checking on some local things in the area for me) and during my stay (assisting with the calling of cabs, providing general information of the area, and with providing the aforementioned tour of the facility). They are truly excellent representatives of the facility and the brand!
Due to Corona restrictions, breakfast was delivered directly to the room. I could not complain about the spread!
All in all, the Four Points in Prishtina could be considered to be a "hidden gem" in the region and, particularly, in a city that does not have any other "legacy" hotel brands. This might not be the best choice if travel to the area requires very close proximity to the center, but affordable cabs (6-8 euros from the hotel to the center) can help in this area. The facility itself and staff members certainly do not disappoint!

We had an event of three days in the hotel and the support provided by the hotel staff was very efficient and convenient. They were very considerable for all the last minutes changes we had to apply due to our participants needs and preferences. The conference room was very big and we really were able to organize the event while respecting all covid restrictions as they not only provided with adequate space but disinfectants and other arrangements.
They as well had shuttle to provide for our participants so that was another positive point and very convenient for our purpose.

The hotel is a little out of the way, 30 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from the city center. The taxi costs between €5 and €12, depending on the provider and direction. It is located in a classic gated community, so you feel like you are in a green suburb with manageable infrastructure. There is, however, a bus line to the center, which we did not try out given the cheap taxi prices. The hotel is brand new and the ambience is more like an Autograph Collection with the beautiful design and high-quality materials. The rooms are large, but unfortunately the separation from the neighboring balcony could be better and provide more privacy. I found the beds too hard, but it was doable for 1/2 nights. The breakfast, which is taken in the restaurant, leaves nothing to be desired. It was nice that you could have breakfast outside in complete peace and quiet! We did not visit the spa and pool area, but this also goes well beyond that of a normal Four Points. Last but not least, the very friendly staff make the stay particularly pleasant. A clear recommendation!

This hotel is a hidden gem sitting in the middle of the Marigona Residence Community. The fact this hotel sits away from the city, has bus access to the city and everything around it made it a great business and quiet hotel. This is a highly recommended hotel.
The hotel staff is amazing, it is hard to name one person because everyone was accommodating and at a very high standard of customer service. More so, I am horrible at names unless I see someone every day.
The spa and gym are truly amazing. The gym and spa is very high quality and one that would cost a lot in the USA. The weights, machines and pool area is just amazing, I don't know how to explain it. Barhda, Elira and the staff ensured that my workouts and use of the facilities were enjoyable.
The room was great but I was not a fan of the semi-hard bed but the Housekeeping staff were good at taking care of things.
The restaurant and bar were handled by a very professional FNB Manager. The food was good, the bartenders were awesome. It was very refreshing to walk into breakfast or order from the bar and know it was handled with care.
Lastly, the front desk service was great if I need anything or had any questions. Tim, Edita and the gentleman at the desk answered ever question and honestly. Much respect!
Great hotel, I will pass the word and I highly recommend it!

Me and my friends went here to eat in a warm sunday evening. We had the steak mignon and it was very delicious. Considering the very affordable price you get a high quality piece of meat. Burim Zeqiri, our waiter, was very pleasant to have around and created an pleasing experience. I can recommend eating or staying here if you are looking for a professional and high quality hotel/restaurant.

My wife booked 2 nights at this hotel to celebrate my graduation. The good - The room was nice and very clean. The hotel brought us a cake and for the most part the stay was pleasant. For what could have been better, some staff were disrespectful when I dealt with them. The server during breakfast kept referring to me as ‘Bro’ which I should have corrected also for dinner restaurant, it took over an hour for our food to come even though there were only three tables occupied and when I asked about it, I received a conciliatory pat on the back for my effort. I know it is the custom to pat people on the back but for an international hotel, I wasn’t expecting this treatment especially towards a paying customer.. My wife reserved a spa session for me as well and it was the worst massage I have ever paid for. For USD70, the spa played no music and the Tech needs more training on customer service. A massage is supposed to be relaxing not stressful. In all, this is a good hotel, in a quiet and safe residential area. If I stay at this hotel again, I will avoid the restaurants and spa service.

This place has the friendliest staff in Kosovo. The bar makes incredible drinks and the restaurant will only bring out the best food and wine all at an incredible price. The live music here is only icing on the cake. This place has the best hotel gym/sauna/pool area I’ve seen at any hotel anywhere. The rooms are luxurious and will not disappoint. Any time I am in Pristina I will stay here.

I was a little worried about the location this hotel before booking, but being a Marriott rewards member I elected to give it a go. As others reviewers have noted, the hotel is impeccably clean, the staff, particularly at the front desk are extremely helpful and went out of their way for me a few times. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The hotel has a 5 Euro deal with a taxi company. I used the bus four days, which stops in front of the hotel hourly, and takes you within a distance of less than a kilometre of the central pedestrian mall or the bus station. The cost is 1 Euro, the ride is 15 minutes and service is prompt. There is a mall adjacent to the hotel which hosts a few dozen stores and restaurants. The local area is very quiet.

I had the most amazing lunch @Sospiro restaurant, compliments to the kitchen chef for top food , the best grilled salmon in town , very tasty soup and the delicious right cooked seafood pasta . I did enjoy the lovely atmosphere surrounded by cute Teddy bear to keep the mandatory distance and the service of the waiters that made the whole experience memorable. Definitely the place to be visited for brunch and dinner . Keep up the good work :)

Upon our arrival, the staff and facilities we experienced here was above expectations. Everyone treated us with the upmost respect. Not to mention how friendly all the staff was.
The facilities were way above expectations and has been the nicest facilities in the 12 countries I’ve visited in the last 4 months. I would highly recommend this for anyone staying in Kosovo.
