This B & B is rated at four star, but is definitely five star, the welcome from Nuala and Fran makes you feel like you are staying with friends rather than a B&B, the rooms are pure luxury and the lounge area to relax is so comfortable with an awesome view down to the water. The breakfast is 6 star, in fact one of the best breakfasts I have had worldwide ( i have 350 reviews) everything is fresh with a great selection and all prepared to perfection by Nuala. Some great walks down by the estuary with so much wildlife to admire. The property is in the country and a peaceful area, but only 10 minutes from Dublin Airport and 3 minutes from the M1 Motorway. Definitely the finest B & B I have ever stayed in. Stayed twice whilst on this trip and will be back whenever I am in the Dublin area. Thank you Nuala and Fran for sharing your beautiful home.

Stayed here twice last year and would always look to stay here when in the area, as it is one of the best B & B's I have ever stayed in. The welcome from Fran and Nuala makes you feel so at home and relaxed. The House is situated in a quiet area, with great walks down by the estuary and so much wildlife to be seen. The breakfast is second to none, top class home ingredients. Will be back on my next trip.

Nuala & Fran treated us like family, the atmosphere was always very positive. To feel really welcome is always important to us. We loved the granddaughter and the way she interacted with us. The house is spotless and beautiful and in a very secluded area of a very busy area of Ireland. We will always stay here if available when visiting the Dublin area.
