We stayed at this lovely B&B for 3 nights. Brian and Helen are very personable and are great hosts. Our room was very comfortable and had a great water view. The breakfasts were wonderful! Lots of cereals, yogurts, scones, breads and fruit on the buffet...More
I have been to 5* hotels where we were not treated as well as we were in Castlewood.
Already looking forward to our next trip down. The room was amazing, the art around the house is fantastic and the breakfast just seem to keep going...More
My husband and I spent 2 nights in Castlewood House at the end of October. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is SO comfortable and cosy. Hygiene is of the highest standard. What impressed us must was the attention to detail.

Best to email Helen and Brian asap to discuss dates, I think Castlewood has 14 rooms some with double beds. There is free car parking in front and hotel is conveniently located 10 minute walk into town. Elevator in house but there are a few steps up to front door and inside foyer.
Dingle is a fun town for children and they are allowed in pubs to hear music. Murphy's ice Cream, Dingle Aquarium, pottery workshop, fishing in bay - see Fungi the wild dolphin, historic and tour attractions out west on Slea Head Drive, beautiful beaches for picnic lunch. Dingle Crystal workshop is awesome, owner Sean is master glass artist and rides very cool Harley Motorcycles.
Enjoy Dingle! Ellen
