If you go onto the official Baros website and scroll to the bottom of their home page you will see a link for “Downloads” click on this and you will see links to lots of information including “Destination Dinning” and “Private Excursions” you can also download the Baros Brochure that gives you a lot of information on what’s on offer. We have been to Baros for both Birthdays and Anniversaries and they have always pulled out all the stops to make our stay memorable. I would suggest emailing them before you go telling them how much you are looking forward to your stay as its your honeymoon, it sometimes helps to make them aware before you get there.

Hi BerkshireFred Baros is a very quiet resort where most guests tend to spend the evenings ether in the restaurants for dinner or in the Sails Bar where you can sit under the palm trees listening to the waves lapping on the beach drinking cocktails. Baros sells itself as being “Tranquil and Serene: No traffic, no motorised water-sports and no unnecessary noise preserves the tranquillity of this blissful tropical island retreat. To maintain the undisturbed atmosphere of the resort, children staying at Baros must be at least eight years old”. This is not a place for lively entertainment but they do have a Management cocktail & canapés evening (use to be on a Wednesday) where management and staff can mix with guests, and there is a Maldives themed night each week in the Cayenne restaurant.
