Detailed Reviews
This place is a real slice of heaven. Hosts were so genuinely hospitable and gave a warm welcome. Rooms are en-suite and spotlessly clean in every respect. Very comfortable bed gave a really great nights sleep. Lounge has every amenity you’d need and breakfast was a real treat. Wide selection of continental and cooked breakfast options served with a warm smile. Close to all the major visitor attractions oblong the north coast and Portrush/Portstewart/Bushmills but far enough away that you aren’t inconvenienced by visitors.
Hopefully be back again sooner rather than later.
Highly recommended in all respects.

We stayed at Brown's Country House B&B near Bushmills in Nov., 2002 and throughly enjoyed our time there. The Brown's were very gracious, visited with us, were very helpful as to where we should go for touring, recommending restaurants, etc. and basically went out of their way to ensure we really enjoyed our stay. Mrs. Brown's breakfasts were wonderful!!! The location was very convenient to the main roads but the B&B is located in a beautiful country setting. This is a perfect place for those visiting Bushmills, Coleraine or any other attractions such as Giant's Causeway.

Sam and Jean are wonderful hosts, lovely people and very caring. Their home has every comfort. It's a country home so not in the village center so having own transport is essential. However, they were kind enough to transport me to the center and back a couple of times. It is one of the finest B&Bs I have stayed in and if you still need more assurance, well Jean has been decorated with the MBE from the Queen for her service in tourism and hospitality.

Mrs Brown (Jean) and her husband Sam could not be more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble with a welcoming afternoon tea made just for us and served in the beautiful conservatory. The Browns are close to the town of Bushmills and just a few kms to the Giants Causeway, a must see in Northern Ireland.
The only downside was the bed. We didn't get much sleep as it was so uncomfy and woke with very sore backs the next morning. Otherwise this is the perfect B&B.

Room Tip:Â Stairs are a bit of a trial for us oldies, so ask for a downstairs room if you need to.

This was our first B & B experience and it was excellent. Jean and Sam were warm, friendly and genuine. We had tea, cake and biscuits laid out on our arrival. The house was large and very neat and clean. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great as well and Sam's friendly banter just made it all the more fun! This place is in a fabulous location for all the coastal highlights of this part of the UK. They were really helpful with tips about what to see and where to go, eat etc. Would love to go back if we get the chance.
